Schöne Upscale 4 Schlafzimmer (1 King, 1 Queen und 2 Zweibettzimmer) Haus mit großer Lanai, beheiztes Schwimmbad, Spa, Outdoor Bar / KĂŒhlschrank auf Ridgewood Lake Golf Course (7. Loch). KĂŒche im Jahr 2018 umgestaltet. Abgeschlossene Wohnanlage. Haus ist ĂŒber 2600 sq ft, viel Platz mit Wohnzimmer, große Höhle, formale Essbereich, Ess-in KĂŒche mit Blick auf Pool. Höhle mit 48 "Smart HDTV-PlĂ€tzen 8. Unser Haus hat einen der besten Grundrisse in der gesamten Gemeinde. Nice yard Bereich auf Golfplatz aber sicher weg von GolfbĂ€llen. Sehr bequem zur Autobahn und in der NĂ€he von Themenparks.
Als Hausbesitzer haben wir hohe Standards und aktualisieren unser Haus jĂ€hrlich weiter. KĂŒche renoviert mit neuen Granit und GerĂ€ten, neue A / C, Malerei und Poolheizung / Filterung.
Ridgewood ist eine der schönsten Gemeinden in der Gegend von Orlando und es ist einfach und praktisch - Gated fĂŒr Ihre Sicherheit und die gesamte Gemeinde ist wunderschön - Sie werden es lieben, dort zu sein ......... liegt etwa 15 Minuten von der Walt Disney World Resort, Ridgewood Lakes liegt am Highway 27 und nur 3 km von der I-4 entfernt. Das Hotel liegt an einem 18-Loch-Championship-Golfplatz mit Übungseinrichtungen, Pro-Shop und Restaurant. TennisplĂ€tze, Pickle-Ball-PlĂ€tze, Angelseen, Spielplatz und beheizter Gemeinschaftspool. Viele Restaurants in der NĂ€he, ohne in den Disney-Komplex zu gehen.
LebensmittelgeschÀfte, Apotheken, Kinos, GeschÀfte und SupermÀrkte sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Es gibt einen Einkaufskomplex in der NÀhe, Posner Park mit Dicks Sportartikel, JC Penny, Target, Ross, Best Buy und Staples. Restaurants reichen von Pizza bis hin zu schönen Restaurants und einem 10-Film-Kino.

This home is wonderful. Clean, spacious and with all the amenities that you need. The pool area is beautiful. It has plenty of seating and the fridge outside is a great touch. The neighbourhood feels safe and it is very quiet. The property is not overlooked. Any issues were dealt with swiftly by the management company. Beautiful house in a nice quite neighborhood

We rented this house for a Spring break trip. The house is beautiful and quiet. Sitting in the lanai in the morning and at night was so peaceful. The view outside is so pretty with the golf course and trees. I loved not having any neighbors behind the house. The house is really situated nicely for privacy for everyone and communication with Joe was quick and easy. I would recommend this rental to anyone!

Perfect home!

Stayed here with our 2 kids. We had an amazing time. Everything was very clean and perfectly appointed. You can tell time was spent on making sure everything you need is there. Great location on the golf course and in a very nice, safe neighborhood. We enjoyed going for walks every morning. This is a great location for Legoland. We’ve stayed in a few other similar homes and would pick this home over others and will plan to go back. The owners were very responsive with all questions. Pool area was very clean and perfect temp for swimming with heat.

Perfect home for our family vacation

We had a wonderful time staying at this home for a week during our April vacation, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. The home is beautiful, spacious, and very nicely decorated. The layout was perfect for us because we were staying with our two young kids + mother-in-law; having the master (where she stayed) on the opposite side of the house as the other bedrooms gave us all some privacy when we needed it, and the open concept design of the main part of the house was great for hanging out together. And I can’t forget the pool! The pool was the selling point for us when booking the house and we were not disappointed. The home even has floats and pool toys, which made pool time all the more fun. All in all my family had a great stay and I highly recommend this home to other families.

Beautiful home in a wonderful setting

We had the best two weeks in this villa. So much so that we’ve already started discussing when to return! The villa is beautifully clean and finished to a high standard. The area is peaceful and the neighbours are friendly. They even took our bins back in for us. I’m in love with the fridge and now want one with a built in ice maker and water filter! The hot tub was a lovely addition for achy feet after a long day of walking. The area is great, nearby is a Walmart, Publix and we fell in love with Mannys Chophouse in Haines city. Ridgewood lakes, you have our heart. Thanks Joe and Pam for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Great Place to Visit and Would Love to Live There

From beginning to end, this visit and experience was wonderful. Joe, the homeowner made the experience top notch. From the questions about the property before we booked, leading up to our booking, throughout our visit, and our departure he was super to work with and great communication. The home was wonderful. Very clean, spacious, modern appliances, smart TVs, truly high speed internet (500Mbps), easy access to a great outdoor space by the pool (where we spent most of our time), and I could go on. Conveniently located to all stores you would need and plenty restaurants. Without traffic you could be at Disney World in 20 minutes. But traffic on I4 is unpredictable so plan ahead, but not a showstopper. Located in very quiet gated neighborhood on a golf course with access to a very nice tennis and pickle ball court. I have nothing but good things to say about the house and the experience. Will be looking at this home again the next time we make our way to Orlando.

This is indeed more than 5 stars !

This house is really fantastic. I could write a long story with a lot of details to mention. So we keep it short. Location: very safe and quite location within this golf area where security is high and neighbour-hood is very kind - a lot of retired people mostly present. Sun: nearly perfect sun - some large trees which make this location really nice. You will have enough sun. Privacy: very high - you can really enjoy ! Pool: fantastic! A great combination of whirl-pool with a classic pool with a clever heating system! House: spacious and a lot of rooms and places you can stay - suitable for a large family. Two living rooms. Two tables for having breakfast aso. Kitchen bar and outside facilities like table, bar and fridge :-). Enough sleeping romms and bath rooms, all very good stuffed. The kitchen is a dream ! Never saw a such good equipped kitchen before. Joe and Pam are very nice and correct people taking care of their house. So please do so as well to keep this pardise alive. We have travelled a lot and enjoyed several nice places in Florida, but this was absolutely the best ever seen and enjoyed. We will come back :-). kind regards from SWITZERLAND, Urs and Fam.

Amazing Experience!

This place was beautiful and clean! It backed on to the golf course and the neighborhood was quiet. Exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway! Joe and Pam were fantastic hosts and communicated quickly. Just loved our stay!!

Beautiful, Relaxing home

We loved our stay in this home. My favorite spots were the hot tub, pool, and living room couch. The kitchen was well equipped with quality dishware. The bedroom mattresses were comfortable. We would love to stay here again.

We traveled to many Florida areas for years, before deciding to buy in Davenport. The location offers the best starting point for numerous attractions and the tranquility of a private community. By the reviews you will find this is one of the nicest properties in the area and convenient to all the attractions. Because it is our house we maintain it to high standards. We like to get to know our guest before they rent and like many prior guests have become friends and repeat customers. We have local property managers to assist you,

House layout is very well planned. Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house with privacy a priority. Twin bedrooms and bathroom are separated from the living area. Pool and spa are a highlight. 3 sliders open to the lanai from the den, living room and master bedroom. There is an outdoor bar poolside with a sink and refrigerator, dining area, lounge chairs for outside entertainment. Outdoor security camera. The radio is wired to speakers both inside and outside for your music entertainment. With the SE sun there are always sunny and shady areas in the pool and lanai. House is bright but no direct sun inside so very comfortable. Great golf course and reasonable rates. Tennis rackets available - courts one block away.
