Thank you for your thoughtful review! We’re glad you enjoyed the fabulous location, and that the apartment met your expectations. We appreciate your feedback about the air conditioning - as you mentioned, it’s not common in Paris apartments, but we understand how the heat can be uncomfortable and will keep this in mind for future guests. We’re sorry the key pick-up wasn’t ideal and will continue looking for ways to improve the process. As for the pigeon, we appreciate your humor and will definitely arrange to clean the window and take measures to prevent further roosting. Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your stay fell short of expectations. Please note that the number of floors and absence of an elevator are mentioned several times in the listing description to ensure transparency. Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad the location was convenient and suited your needs well. Thank you for sharing such detailed feedback — we're truly sorry that your stay did not meet expectations. We deeply regret the discomfort you experienced and understand how frustrating these issues must have been. Regarding the bathroom, the window situation and cleanliness on the ledge are completely unacceptable, and we’re already taking steps to resolve the pigeon problem and improve ventilation. The unpleasant odor is also something we’ll be addressing immediately with a thorough inspection and proper fixes. We apologize for the inconvenience with the TV — it should have been fully set up for you before arrival, and we’re reviewing our check-in process to ensure that doesn't happen again. The unexpected water outage and lack of communication were not up to our standards either, and we’re following up with the building management to prevent future disruptions. We’re sorry we didn’t deliver the level of service and comfort you deserved, and we genuinely appreciate your honesty. Your review is helping us make meaningful improvements, and we hope there’s a chance to provide you with a far better experience in the future.
