We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. One thing to note is that the host arrived exactly at the 10:00 AM checkout time to make sure we checked out on time. One area that could be improved is the address and directions. We were unable to find the apartment using Google Maps, so we had to ask locals for help. One local gave us the address 1443 Ruga Vechhia, which was next to the apartment, and that is how we were able to find the place each time we needed to return.The apartment is also located downstairs in the building, which was not immediately clear to us. Thankfully, a kind neighbor helped us when we were having trouble finding the apartment when we first arrived and let us know that it was downstairs.It would be very helpful if the host could provide clearer directions, a nearby landmark, or a more accurate Google Maps location for future guests. That would make finding the apartment much easier, especially for first-time visitors. Overall, the location was great and very convenient for getting around.

Great location

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Venice. Everything was just as expected, and the best part was the location—peaceful and quiet, yet just a short walk from all the main sights. Perfect for exploring the city on foot. Highly recommended for families!

Clean room, but smaller than the pictures online portrayed. Quite damp and smelled a bit of mildew. Someone also covered the keypad in something gross which was not fun to deal with during check in

The apartment is in a very central location, making it easy to explore Venice on foot. The check-in process was ultimately straightforward, although it required providing a significant amount of additional information in advance, and communication with the host was often quite slow. The apartment itself is small but generally as described. The bathroom is much smaller than it appears in the listing, but otherwise the accommodations were adequate, and I would not have considered leaving a negative review based on the apartment alone. The main issue was that our group consisted of two families staying in separate bedrooms, yet we were provided with only one key. This had a major impact on our stay. Instead of enjoying Venice independently, we constantly had to coordinate our schedules and meet up just to hand the key back and forth. On one occasion, I was locked out close to midnight because my friend had the key, and poor mobile reception in the area made it very difficult to locate each other. This created unnecessary stress throughout the trip. Another drawback was the construction immediately next door, with work beginning around 7:00 a.m. each morning, making it difficult to sleep. Overall, the apartment's location is excellent, and the accommodations are acceptable for a short stay. However, the decision to provide only a single key for an apartment intended to accommodate multiple guests significantly affected our experience. If a second key had been available, our s

Appartement localisé avec très peu de luminosité dans une rue de calme, près de commerces. Les équipements sont sommaires. Le matelas du lit double devrait être changé. L'appartement est abîmés (armoire, plinthes, carrelage, salle de bain, poêles, table rouillée). Il manque un canapé.Pas de denrées dans la placard à part du sel. Il manquerait de l'huile, des herbes épices...).Cela manque de couverts (notamment des couteaux qui coupent), une cruche pour l'eau...C'est bien pour y dormir mais sinon cela manque vraiment de chaleur.Difficile de comprendre le fonctionnement de la TV. Aucune information dans l'appartement sur le secteur, les recommandations...Donc rapport qualité prix élevé.
