With a modern style and furnished with class, it is composed of entrance hall, living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom, single bedroom and bathroom with shower. There is even a small terrace overlooking the city skyline.
It is located in a strategic position: you can reach Santa Lucia Train Station in just 7 minutes by foot while the majestic Rialto Bridge is 10 minutes far. The closest vaporetto stops are Riva de Biasio and San Stae.
For greater comfort during your stay, the apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, heating, air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, as well as all sorts of kitchen's household appliances.
In the Santa Croce district and near the characteristic Campo San Giacomo dell'Orio, one of the most loved by the Venetians, you will find numerous bars and restaurants, but if you prefer a dinner in the privacy of your home there is a well-stocked supermarket a few meters away.
Check-ins are possible from 3 to 7 pm. Later ones are still possible, but by prior arrangement and upon payment of a small extra. At check-in you will also be asked to pay the tourist tax which is equivalent to € 5 per person per night.
