Great property in perfect location. Quiet, but only steps away from San Marco Square, Rialto Bridge, etc.. Apartment was clean and the beds very comfortable. Some minor maintenance was needed, but nothing that affected our overall stay. Check-in instructions and communication methods could have been better, but the on-site property host was ill so we were communicating with three different individuals. So I suspect it is not normally this confusing. All-in-all we loved our stay.

Perfect Location

Perfect location for walking everywhere in Venice. 70 meters to St Mark’s Square but tucked away in a quiet courtyard with no noise. Andrew met us at the nearest Vaparetto stop and took us to the apartment to explain everything and made suggestions for restaurants. A great 5 night stay.

Awesome location and air conditioning

A very short walk from St. Marco’s Square, in the center of the action, with glorious air conditioning, and a TV, basic washer and drying rack. Fun decorations. The only “problem” was that the kids wanted to hang out in the apartment the whole time! Would stay here again, no question!

Venice courtyard

Great location. Very clean and well equipped. Being in a courtyard gave us a feeling of privacy and it was very quiet. Many restaurants close by and San Marco Sq. Just around 10 minutes away . Only complaint is the listing says non smoking and the condo had a strong cigarette smell. I guess the owners can’t control what the renters do .

Great place and location!

The apartment is exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable. Loved the location in San Marco, and it’s nice that it’s in a quiet section of that area. Andrew is great! Met us at the Vaporetto stop when we arrived in Venice and gave us recommendations of places to eat and how to enjoy the city. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Venice!

Excellent stay!

The location of the apartment simply cannot be beat. It is tucked away in a quiet courtyard that is literally steps away from Piazza San Marco and easy access to everywhere. Beds were comfortable and it was a peaceful retreat from the crowds. There is an exceptional bar/restaurant next door with a wonderful staff and excellent (and very affordable!) coffee, pastries, sandwiches, drinks, etc. Andrew was awesome to meet and guide us to the location when we arrived. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect stay in Venice

This apartment was perfect for us. Our host, Andrew was wonderful. He met us at the vaparetto, showed us the neighborhood and made helpful suggestions for our stay. The location was perfect, near San Marco and the main canal. However, once you entered the courtyard outside the apartment it as quiet. The apartment was clean and well furnished. We could not have made a better choice.

This rental is in a perfect location. San Marco Square was a two minute walk. We were met by Andrew at our water taxi drop off. We were an over sixty group of four ladies who had no complaints of anything. Five star all the way.

Location: the best we could find, just few steps from San Marco square, extremely quiet corner, perfect both for easy sight-seeing and stay. Accomodation: wow, probably the best accomodation we rented ever, freshly renovated, extremely comfortable, perfectly cleaned and furnished, everything new and finely working. We had a great stay. Service: nice and quick deal, precise directions, warm welcome (picked up at waterbus stop and nicely lead to the apart) and great suggestions about restaurants and shops. What else?

Great location!

Traveled to Venice for the first time. Just my mother and I celebrating her 75th birthday. The apartment was very comfortable and just as described. In the heart of so much activity, but very quiet and private. Andrew was easy to communicate with, very quick to reply. He met us at the water taxi station and walked us to the apartment. I would recommend this lovely apartment to friends.
