Modernes Apartment mit atemberaubenden, privatem Innenhof in Dorsoduro

The house is on two levels with an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area on the ground floor. This opens onto a private courtyard which can be used for al fresco dining, maybe a glass of Prosecco before dinner or just enjoying Venice outdoors. There are two matching sofas in the lounge area, one of which converts into a double sofa bed. There is a separate bathroom with wash basin and WC.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with double bed, the other with twin beds. There is a bathroom with shower, bidet and WC. The house has been renovated recently with attractive cherry wood flooring. All of the beds, sofas, garden furniture and kitchen equipment are brand new.
The house is located in picturesque Dorsoduro, just off the Campo Santa Margherita. It is an easy 5 minute walk to Piazzale Roma and the railway station. Despite experiencing more of the 'real Venice', access to the main tourist attractions, such as San Marco, is easy and fast, giving the best of both worlds


There is a flat screen TV and DVD player with a selection of DVDs available. Please feel free to bring your own DVDs if you want to watch these at the house. Similarly, there is a CD player and radio for your use. The house has it's own WiFi connection.
