Sehr schöne Wohnung. Es war alles da.. schöne Einrichtung. Super Ausblick .

Centrally located and fully equipped

Dieses äußerst zentral gelegene Appartment läßt nichts zu wünschen übrig - bis hin zu den Gondeln, die schon morgens am Fenster vorbei fahren. Die Betreuung ist sehr bemüht und las uns jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab. Äußerst empfehlenswert!

Einfache Wohnung, aber zentral gelegen

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, was sehr angenehm ist als Ausgangspunkt im Zentrum Venedigs. Die Wohnung liegt jedoch nicht so ruhig, wie beschreiben. Früh am Morgen donnern die Motoren der Boote vom Kanal in die Schlafräume. Nur für Urlauber geeignet, die um 7 Uhr aufstehen. Die Einrichtung kann man allenfalls als zweckmäßig beschreiben. "Schicke Möbel" und eine "bezaubernde private Wohnung" haben wir nicht vorgefunden. Das Geschirr beschränkt sich auf das Nötigste (und müsste teilweise ersetzt werden). Auch sind die Räume nicht so groß, wie die Fotos versprechen. Wir waren etwas enttäuscht, schade.

We really enjoyed our visit. Andrew is a great host and was there to personally guide us to the location. Views of the canal were beautiful and I was in a really nice location. Air conditioner made the visit very comfortable during a very hot week in Venice.

Tipico Veneziano e vista canale magnifica

Abbiamo scelto questo appartamento per la sua posizione, solo due minuti a piedi da Piazza San Marco, per la magnifica vista canale, e anche per il suo stile. A noi piace infatti soggiornare in ambienti tipici del posto che visitiamo, e questo appartamento era proprio quello che cercavamo. Il pavimento in battuto veneziano, i soffitti con travi a vista, ed i lampadari in vetro di Murano, uniti alla stupenda vista canale, hanno reso il nostro soggiorno squisitamente Veneziano. L'appartamento è poi silenzioso, pulito e in ordine, con tutto quello che serve. Letti comodi. Grazie ad Andrew che ci ha incontrato alla fermata del vaporetto e condotto all'appartamento, dandoci tanti buoni consigli. Abbiamo molto apprezzato il servizio.

Appartamento eccezionale

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento dove precedentemente sono stati i miei genitori. Si sono trovati talmente bene che hanno deciso di regalarci questo soggiorno, e devo dire che avevano proprio ragione. L'appartamento è in puro stile veneziano e con una vista canale magnifica. La posizione poi è quanto di meglio si possa desiderare per visitare facilmente tutte le principali attrazioni della citta' senza perdere troppo tempo in spostamenti. Appartamento al top! !!veneziana.

Dirty under stocked poor communication

First we were told we would need to wait 1.5 hours with our luggage until the host could meet us. I told him we’d be there before 6p. Later I said between 2-3p. He texted that since I said before 6 he made plans and was busy until 4:30p. Check in was listed as 2p so I found this upsetting. The bathroom was filthy. The host made excuses for that saying perhaps the cleaner used it. I sent him pictures of the toilet seat and a soiled doily. There was no dishwashing liquid Or paper towels. There were no filters for a coffee maker that requires them. There was an empty shampoo container in the bathroom and empty dishwashing liquid container in the bathroom. The TV was about 18” wide if that. The floor in the main bedroom was very dusty. The main bedroom also sported a mop and other cleaning implements out in the open.The online pictures are far nicer than the apartment. The hall in the building had a foul odor. It is very close to St Marks. That was great.

Fantastico appartamento

Appartamento in tipico stile Veneziano con magnifica vista su un canale, proprio quello che cercavamo. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la posizione, centralissima ma tranquilla, lo stile dell'appartamento, con le sue lampade in vetro di Murano e il pavimento tipico, la vista canale, con il continuo passaggio di bellissime gondole, e il servizio offerto da Andrew, che ci ha incontrato alla fermata del vaporetto e ci ha condotto all'appartamento, descrivendoci nel frattempo i dintorni e dandoci tanti consigli su negozi tipici e ottimi ristoranti, un "plus" molto gradito. Consigliamo questo appartamento sotto tutti i punti di vista.

Perfect Venice Apartment

This apartment was exactly as listed. The view out the windows was incredible. We loved the activity on the canal, especially watching the gondolas go by. The communication from both the property owner and the manager was excellent. The management company sent a representative to meet our water taxi from the airport. Not only did she guide us to the apartment, she also gave us tons of tips for our stay with notes and directions. We frequented the little cafe next to the courtyard for our morning croissants and cappuccinos. The location one block from San Marco was perfect!

Amazing location. Accommodating host.

Great recommendations on food. Everything explained very well. So close to Piazza San Marco. Accommodating by providing a crib. We will try to stay at this place again when we return to venice!

Great location and wonderful host/hostess.

We had a magical time in Venice. The place was spotless and Matilda was so helpful! She met us at the water bus stop to walk us to the apartment. She gave us a list of suggested restaurants and pointed out important locations on the map. All communication was prompt and the apartment was exactly as described.

Best location imaginable!

We loved the entire experience from communication with Roberto to the sweet gal who met us at the vaparetto stop and walked us (quickly) to the lovely apartment. We spent hours looking out the windows at the gondolas passing in the canal beneath us. And we loved the surrounding neighborhood and it’s shops and restaurants. Then it’s so close to San Marco Square and we were able to hang out there frequently or leave from there to Burano. We want to return to Venice, and will stay here when we do!

Quiet, clean and comfortable.

Very clean and well situated. As advertised. 5 minute walk to St. Mark's square. Comfortable accommodation for 4 (although there were just the 2 of us) - a nice queen size bed in one bedroom and two singles in the other bedroom. Lots of storage space. Nice that it overlooks the gondolier route. Recommend.

Fantastic apartment in the middle of everything

Our family of three LOVED our four-day stay at this apartment. The apartment is located right in the middle of the most popular part of venice, which was very convenient. The canal view was magical. The sounds of church bells, lapping water, and singing gondoliers coming in through the windows was really special and added so much atmosphere to our time in the apartment. Our daughter loved the pull-out trundle bed and made the most of her upper and lower sleeping options. We were sad to leave. I highly recommend the apartment to anyone, especially families with children.

Lovely location

This is a great apartment near the piazza . Pros - The booking process, check in / check out and all communication was easy. The beds were comfortable. The place was cool, air conditioner worked great! and the best part - hearing/seeing the gondolas outside the window was a treat! Cons - There was a bit of noise from the canal, but that goes without saying. If you want a view of the canal you should expect some noise. The wifi wasn't the best for us. Roberto tried to have it reset from the ISP but it didn't help. Maybe if we were there longer we would have done some trouble shooting, but we weren't there for the internet. Any social media posts were done elsewhere ;) I would highly recommend this apartment!

If you are planning stay in Venice, this is the place to stay, the apartment very comfortable, it will meet all your expectations, canal view and you will see the gondolas passing by, gondoliers singing, beautiful!, very easy to get in touch with the them, Matilde is a Love, she will pick you up from Rialto stop and will give you all the information you need and Roberto is always in touch with you, the location is THE BEST!, walking distance to EVERYTHING: San Marco plaza, restaurants, all kind of stores, etc., but at the same time quiet to rest, nothing negative to say. Did not disappoint

Too many times you return somewhere and are faced with disappointment. This was not the case with this apartment. Everything was as excellent as in my previous stay and perhaps even better. I traveled with a little higher maintenance companion on this trip but between Roberto and Matilde all questions were answered promptly. Thanks you for having me for a second visit. I think there may be a third in my future.

Awesome Location

Took a water bus from airport. Roberto had his colleague meet us at Rialto stop to direct us to the apartment. Perfect location being steps to San Marco Square. Easy walk to Rialto. Great experience.
