Layout

The villa features cozy indoor swimming pool situated next to the main
downstairs living area - perfect for use during the cooler early and
late seasons.
The ground floor has a large living room, dining room, indoor pool and
kitchen. Next to the kitchen is a WC/Cloakroom. Upstairs there are 3
bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Villa grounds and pool are surrounded by
stone walls and have a private entrance with electric gate.

Living Room
The living room is air-conditioned and has a ornamental fireplace,
comfortable sofas, DVD Player and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to
the pool terrace.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, washing machine,
microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also a barbecue
outside.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
