WUNDERBARE YACHTWOHNUNG IN BARCELONA - IHR GEMÜTLICHER AUFENTHALTSORT

FAKE REVIEW We are deeply disappointed about this review, as it does not reflect the actual circumstances of your stay. As we have many return customers and a lot of 5* reviews we are happy that these kinds of reviews are very rare. We are very happy to provide an amazing experience for our adventurous guests during their stay in Barcelona. You promised to give us a bad review because we charged you for reparation of toilet which you blocked eventho we gave you clear instructions during your check in and you confirmed you understand. So here we are! Upon your arrival, we clearly explained that the original boat had developed an unexpected electrical issue just before your check-in. To ensure your holiday could proceed as planned, we immediately provided an alternative yacht of similar category. While this boat had slight differences in features, we did offer a partial refund in the form of the tourist tax waiver and remained available to discuss any additional concerns — yet no further requests were made during your stay. As for the claim of late-night visits — this is simply not true. We respect our guests’ privacy and only attend the property when requested or when necessary for maintenance, always with prior notice. We strive to provide excellent service and transparent communication, which is why we were available by phone throughout your stay.
