The photos of the apartment are very deceptive. While the apartment looks together it was not. The hairdryer pulled out of the wall, the curtains were ripped they were so old, the kitchen accessories looked like they came from a used army store. The front door double security lock only worked from inside the apartment, which kind of negates its purpose. Shame on the vendor who manages this apartment.

Thank you for your feedback. We take these comments very seriously and used them to carry out a thorough review of the apartment. All the points raised have now been fully addressed: the hairdryer has been properly reinstalledand the kitchen equipment has been renewed to meet a higher standard. The door lock has also been checked and is now functioning correctly both from inside and outside, ensuring proper security. If you would have reported these iusses during your stay we would have promptly provided a solution. We have also reviewed and updated the listing to ensure that the photos accurately reflect the current condition of the property. Our goal is to provide a consistent and reliable experience, and we are confident that the apartment now meets the standards our guests expect.

Great location

Overall, this was a great and affordable stay in Florence. The location is great and it’s very close to the Duomo, Mercato Centrale, and the leather markets. The space was honestly pretty big for it being a studio apartment. It was also a plus that there was an elevator and in-unit AC (although one of the units was a bit finnicky at times). Communication with the property management team was also great when needed. While we did enjoy our stay, there were a few things worth noting for future travelers: 1. I’m not sure if the next door neighbors are temporary renters or live there long term, but they were very loud and we could hear them upwards of 2am. 2. You will be required to arrange a check-in time where you will need to meet a member of their team. Our original check in instructions were unclear and we had to call a number 30 minutes prior to our arrival to arrange a pick up for the key. 3. The check out process was easy, but you will be required to take out the trash. It did not seem like the building had its own waste bins and the signage in the apartment advised us to throw our trash near the Medici Chapel which was a bit odd/inconvient. It would have been helpful to have more clear instructions on the checkout process without having to ask the host directly.
