Lovely apartment (45 square meters) in Via Fiesolana in the hearth of Florence with a wonderful terrace of 17 sqm. The apartment is located in a beautiful and characteristic central area of ​​the city on the third floor of an elegant building (there is no elevator), a 5 min walk from Piazza Santa Croce and Piazza Duomo and 10 minutes on foot from Piazza Signoria , Uffizi Museum, Ponte Vecchio. The area where it is located has many shops and restaurants. A few steps away there flea market and the historic food market of Sant'Ambrogio. The apartment has a double bed, a sofa bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, air conditioning and heating and a free WiFi network for internet connection. At a short distance from the house you can rent bicycles that can be easily parked in front of the palace. The car can be parked in a garage at 50m.

No paper towels. One roll of toilet paper.. no shower stuff. Detergent for washing machine or softener picture showed the Duomo in the background. It is not there unfortunately, I left the moka pot on and melted the handle. So sorry.

Easy to reach property from the train station on foot. We found the stairs fine to climb. The building was quiet and a peaceful oasis in the busy city. The apartment was clean and modern. Marco helped us with any question we asked and we loved his recommendations for eating or what to visit. Great local supermarket round the corner with everything you would need. We walked everywhere and there were many types of restaurants and bars to suit any taste. We walked over 90,000 steps in a week as Florence was the city that kept on giving. Why do people invest into a renovation and furniture and then go on the cheap side? To provide a hand soap, dish sponge, a laundry pod, an extra garbage bag, paper towels, etc will cost a few euro. But release people from running to the shop to buy all these small necessities. And gosh, hire someone to clean this place. Not just spread the dust with a broom.The place is heavily perfumed, I assume to hide the sewage smell (which is very subtle, btw). The location is perfect. The balcony is wonderful. The bed is comfortable.The room is dark though (replacing broken lightbulbs might help)And it was the only place in Italy where tourist taxes were charged on the top of the total charge for the appointment. General impression: some care from the people who are running this place could be wonderful. Not everything is about money, isn't it?

We walked out every day and saw the Florence Dome! There were tons of restaurants, stores and markets right outside our door. Check in was easy and the host was great.

Had a really lovely stay at the property in Florence. Great communication and directions with Marco. He met us at the property and showed us around and how things worked, very friendly. Apartment was just what we required, well equipped kitchen and good sized balcony. Would stay here again if we visit Florence again. Would recommend.

Good apartment within walking distance of all sites

Great spot for a couple and only 10-15 min walk to most major areas. Host was easy to communicate with and had no issues. Would not recommend for anyone who has trouble with stairs as apartment is on top floor and bed is on a loft up steep stairs. If stairs aren’t an issue, this is an excellent choice.

We stayed for 2 nights in Florence and this was the perfect apartment for what we needed. My partner and I went to the grocery store (which is just around the corner) and picked up some things to make breakfasts, lunch. The kitchen is equipped with the basics, but should be all you need for shorter stays. Marco (who checks you in) is kind, welcoming and thorough. He gave us many recommendations and answered all of our questions. The apt is in walking distance from everything you need, food, nature, city, etc. We 100% recommend this place.

Good value for people who dont mind stairs

The location could not be more central, your less than 10 min walk from the duomo. It is great for 2 people who aren't afraid of stairs. We counted 75 stairs to the 4th floor (where your apartment is) also there are some really steep stairs to the bed room. All of this considered, we still really enjoyed our stay and just had to make absolutely sure we were ready to desend to prevent too many leg workouts! Marco (the person who met us) was wonderful and gave us any information we asked for. We enjoyed our time in Florence and having an apartment with a comfortable king sized bed, a washing machine, and a large patio made it fantastic!

Great little spot in Florence, close to everything!

This was our first trip to Italy, and we really had no idea where to stay in Florence, so we were really taking a chance on wherever we booked. I knew we wanted somewhere with a balcony and somewhat close to town. This apartment was both. Unfortunately it was raining both when we arrived and when we left, so we had to walk 20 minutes from the train station to the apartment with our luggage. Luckily, we only had carry-ons! Our host, Marco was so great with communication, replied to all of my messages super quick and was ready to meet us at the apartment. He was extremely friendly and helpful and gave us some great advice and recommendations of restaurants and entertainment. The apartment was a good size with a cute little kitchen. The balcony was charming and also a good size. Unfortunately, it rained quite a bit while we were there, so we didn't really get to enjoy it all that much. The bed was located above in a loft area. BEWARE! The stairs to get up to the loft are very steep and very narrow with only a railing on one side. We tried to avoid going upstairs as much as possible. The bathroom is quite tiny, but served it's purpose. I would suggest adding a hook on the wall outside of the shower so that there is somewhere to hang your towel. There is a small washing machine located in the kitchen that is very quick and efficient. However, there is no dryer, which I guess is typical in Italy. But once we washed our clothes, it really wasn't possible to hang them outside to dry.

Tolle Lage, schöner Aufenthalt

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Florenz und konnten den Aufenthalt trotz großer Hitze, auch wegen der guten Klimatisierung des Apartments sehr genießen. Beim nĂ€chsten Florenzaufenthalt gerne woeder in der Via Fiesolana 14.

Schönes, zentrales Appartment mit Dachterrasse

Das Appartment liegt sehr zentral in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße und hat eine sehr schöne Dachterrasse. Allerdings ohne Aussicht in einem Hinterhof. Je nach Tageszeit geht es dort etwas lauter zu. Wer die italienische Lebensart liebt wird sich wohlfĂŒhlen, wer sich dadurch gestört fĂŒhlt, sollte dieses beachten. Das Appartment selbst ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die BĂ€der (Dusche ist getrennt) sind sehr, sehr klein. Das Bett ist in der oberen Etage, die nur ĂŒber eine sehr steile Raumspartreppe zugĂ€nglich ist, d.h. etwas Beweglichkeit wird vorausgesetzt. Die benötigt man auch, um in den obersten Stock zu gelangen. ;-) Wir haben uns wĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthaltes sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Ein großer Supermarkt ist um die Ecke. Der kleinere im Nachbarhaus ist unverschĂ€mt teuer. Florenz kann von der Wohnung aus gut zu Fuß erkundet werden. WĂ€hlt man nicht die Dom-Richtung, so ist man schnell unter Einheimischen. Ein Aperitivo in einer Bar, gĂŒnstiges FrĂŒhstĂŒck oder auch Abendessen sind kein Problem. Obwohl unser Flug ungeplant sehr spĂ€t ankam, wurden wir von Angelo, den wir natĂŒrlich vorab informiert hatten, sehr freundlich empfangen.

Sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Apartment in Toplage fĂŒr zwei Personen!

Aufgrund der guten Lage sind alle top Attraktionen fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen. Ein Markt ist auch ganz in der NĂ€he. Dort konnten wir tĂ€glich frisch einkaufen und hier im Apartment kochen. Abends ist es schön auf der kleinen Terrasse zu sitzen. Die BĂ€der sind recht klein und das Doppelbett ist recht kurz. Im Sommer sollte man unbedingt abends die Klimaanlage laufen lassen, damit es nicht zu warm im Apartment wird. Das Apartment liegt im obersten Stockwerk des GebĂ€udes.

Cute loft, perfect location

This cute loft was located on a quiet side street in a wonderful neighborhood. Easy to walk to grab something to eat or drink. I would 100% stay here again. Just a little note: stairs, stairs, stairs. You honestly get a little workout every day. Which I really didn’t mind. But others may? Great place to stay!!

I highly recommend this apartment in Florence. It is perfectly situated so you could go back and forth if you need something. The only negative I would say are the stairs up to the bedroom loft. They are very steep. You should be I. Good shape to stay in this apartment as it is on the 4 th floor with no elevator. However, I read reviews and knew that so it was fine for us. The stairs made up for all of the food and wine we had while there ;-). We loved the little Patio. oy was very private. The apartment is only a couple of blocks from the Duomo, yet it was nice and quiet Angelo was great too!! We would stay there again!
