Das Apartment Suite 1 befindet sich in einem wunderschönen historischen Gebäude aus dem 17. Jahrhundert im Lungarno Archibusieri zwischen dem Ponte Vecchio und den Uffizien. Der Blick aus den Panoramafenstern auf den Ponte Vecchio und den Vasarian-Korridor wird Sie verzaubern.
Genau wie der Ort, der perfekt ist, um Florenz von Grund auf zu entdecken.
Neu renoviert, hat die Wohnung eine Fläche von 48 Quadratmetern und besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer mit amerikanischer Küche, einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Kleiderschrank und einem modernen Badezimmer. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer bietet mit seinem zu öffnenden Bett (140 x 200 cm) Platz für zwei Personen.
Die geschmackvolle Gestaltung der Innenräume wurde so konzipiert, dass sie die Struktur der Wohnung respektiert, ihren Gästen aber auch ein möglichst komfortables Erlebnis bietet.
So finden Sie in der Wohnung einen Sat-TV mit DVD-Player, Klimaanlage, Zentralheizung, Waschmaschine und Bügelzubehör, Föhn, Wasserkocher, Geschirrspüler, Toaster und eine voll ausgestattete Küche.
Selbstverständlich sind alle Bettwäsche und Handtücher inklusive, ebenso wie ein wöchentlicher Reinigungsservice, der Sie mit frischer Bettwäsche und Handtüchern versorgt.

Fabulous apartment, very comfortable and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. There is a good supermarket that has long opening hours nearby, and you’re right between the Ponte Vecchio and Uffizi Gallery.Marusca was a lovely host, there was some confusion over our arrival time but Marusca made sure we were welcomed and given all the information we needed. She responded very quickly to a couple of enquiries I made during our stay. We would love to return !

What an excellent spot. Ideal for exploring the city, close to everything you need. Our trains for arrival had delays. Marusca was amazing with communication and meeting us for our arrival. We would definitely stay here again.

Location was amazing, a very short walk to everything on my list to see in Florence. Our host was great she let us check in early and waited for us in the apartment since our train was late. She also arranged for a taxi to bring us to the train station when we left. The apartment was beautiful, we saved so much time walking to different places because of the location. I'm so grateful to the host for letting us stay here. Thank you!!

Amazing apartment on steps of Ponte Vecchio

Great place to stay for 1 person or a couple. Amazing location with view of Ponte Vecchio and Arno river and at the doorstep of central Florence sights.The owner, Marusca, was a fantastic host. Communicated regularly and very helpful in pointing out the best places to shop, eat and drink. Arranged taxi on my behalf when leaving. Lovely lady!

We had the most enjoyable 4-day stay in Florence. The owner Marusca has a lovely place and the location could not be beat. Literally next door to the Uffizzi Museum which is a must to go to. She greeted us and gave wonderful suggestions where to eat and places to see. We were 2 senior gals and happy the 5th floor apartment had a lift. We would go out in the morning come back and rest and then go back out again. Even though it was right next door to the Ponte Vecchio, it was not noisy at all. If you are on the fence, jump and book this place. She also helped us book a taxi to take us to the airport at 6am. I hope to go back and stay there again. See you soon Marusca.

Wonderful property in a great location

Booking was easy and communication with the host was great. She met us foe check-in and showed us around. Gave us some excellent directions for restaurants, etc. Property had everything we needed and more. Very clean and comfortable. Location was ideal for many of the "must see" sites in Florence. Location, location!

This small apartment is conveniently located at the Ponte Vecchio bridge. It is true to the listing, small but certainly adequate. Note the ceilings are low just as pictured. We do typically spend a lot of time in our apartment so it was perfect for us.

Amazing view in a great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this very nice apartment! It had everything we needed -including a washing machine to refresh our clothes in the middle of our trip.This place is located directly on the river with a perfect view of the Ponte Vecchio and the surrounding area. The elevator was appreciated for our arrival and departure, but we took the stairs the rest of the time to work off all the pasta and cornettos!Marusca made everything easy and ensured that we had everything we needed. This place is a winner!

Great location

Location was excellent. Everything was a short walk even for elderly people. Property was as described with a nice view overlooking the Arno River. Marusca was very helpful with recommendations of where to eat Especially florintine steak. We hope to book again next year.

Great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The location is perfect and was in between the Uffizi and the Ponte Vecchio. The door frame is short going into the closet, so be sure to duck. My only request would be brighter light bulbs, or some additional lamps. I would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Experience!

This was a fantastic apartment in a wonderful area. It was so close to everything and the view was amazing!! The property owner was so helpful. She provided a map with some key place to go and showed us where to go to escape the tourist. She provided her cell and was willing to help with anything. I plan to go back for sure. One thing to note, it you are tall (like 6ft ) it might feel a bit cramped, as the ceilings are a little low. But we were perfectly comfortable.

A Fun Time in Florence

This is a wonderful location in Florence. Nothing was far. The check in process was easy. The host was very helpful with everything. We had trouble with the TV and after talking by phone to fix the setting, when we could not get it to work, the host came by himself and fixed it for us. He was so helpful! My only advice is to be ready for a tax to be collected at the end of your stay. We were not aware of this until the very end.

Great location & host

Marusca’s place is just as described and she was a lovely host! We loved the location and enjoyed seeing the Ponte Veechio out all the windows. We were able to wash clothes halfway through our 2 week trip, which was so helpful! Marusca met us at the door, showed us everything we needed in the home and provided great recommendations for food (many of which we tried and loved)! We did Uber from the train station to get there but after exploring the city for the weekend, we felt comfortable to walk the 15 min back to the train station and other than the heat, it was easy enough and saved us extra cash! Dont hesitate if you’re looking for a perfect location to stay in Florence!

Great apartment, Perfect location!

Host Marusca gave us everything we needed for a great stay! The apartment was clean, updated and perfect for our needs. The location is excellent, right near the Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi, with a great view. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go, except for the Santa Maria Novella Station (when we left to take the train to Rome). We had trouble getting a taxi that morning we left, so we contacted Marusca, and she had a taxi there for us within 5 minutes! Thank you Marusca! Despite cool, rainy weather while we were there, we had a great stay!!

Fantastic Experience in historic center of Firenze

This was the first time we tried a Vrbo. The apartment was wonderful, it had everything we needed, and we completely enjoyed our stay there. Marusca is a super host, greeted us personally just as we arrived, and provided us a complete explanation of everything we needed to know about the apartment, and helped arranged a taxi for us at 4:30 AM on departure morning. The front door of the apartment building is located about 30 second walk from the Ponte Vecchio, and 40 second walk from the Uffizi Gallery, directly on the small street that runs along the Arno River. The apartment is on the 5th floor, with a convenient lift so we did not have to walk the stairs. The 3 windows look out onto the Arno River and the Ponte Vecchio, and look down onto the Vasari Walkway. So we were above where the Medici's did their daily walks between the Uffizi and their home in the Piti Palace. The location is surprisingly quiet considering the location. The beds and bedding were very comfortable, and the bathroom was roomy. The kitchen had a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, toaster and kettle. The area is filled with all kinds of great eateries and the best Gelateria in Firenze is located close by. We would love to have stayed there a month or longer. 8 days was too short - maybe we will do it again soon.

Perfect Location

We spent a week here and thoroughly enjoyed it. Our host was extremely helpful and responsive. The apartment is charming and well equipped and quite quirky, due to low ceilings. The location cannot be beat and it was quiet, even though you’re in the heart of the action. Bear in mind, we were there during the winter and we mostly had the windows closed. Highly recommend
