Casa Formentale: a cozy apartment in Tuscany farmhouse surrounded by olive trees

Apartment on the ground floor of a typical Tuscan farmhouse with exposed stones, surrounded by olive trees on the hills of Lucca, very close to the city (9 km from the walls of Lucca).

It has been completely renovated, tastefully furnished, and equipped with all comforts, including a Jacuzzi, for a relaxing stay in close contact with nature. It is also conveniently located near the most beautiful areas of Tuscany, such as Forte dei Marmi (35 km), Pisa (20 km), and Florence (90 km).
From Casa Formentale, it is possible to embark on walks through the woods on hilly paths. At night, one can gaze at the starry sky.

The farmhouse has 3 apartments, one on each floor. Casa Formentale is a 70 sqm apartment situated on the ground floor.
Upon entering, there's an open space that includes a lounge, dining area, and kitchenette. The kitchen is equipped with 4 burners, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, an espresso machine, a kettle, and a juicer.

From here, the rooms are located on both sides. On the right, there is a large double bedroom (1) with an attached bathroom. On the left, there is a small corridor with another bathroom, a wardrobe, and another bedroom (2) that can be used as a living room or as a second bedroom. There is a French window that leads to the private garden.

In front of the entrance, there is a spacious patio (3x9m) that includes a dining area with a barbecue, as well as a relaxation area with sofas.

The Jacuzzi is located in the olive grove and is shared with my family, but it is available for guests 24/7 from April to October.

If you'd like, our dear friend and chef Vedant is available to prepare meals and dinners with menus of your choice for guests.
He also offers small cooking classes where you can learn to make homemade pasta, tiramisu, ravioli, ragout, and many other typical Italian recipes.
Costs can be discussed directly with Vedant. He is fluent in Italian, English, and German.
