The Bernabeu Place apartments are located in the heart of Chamartín, one of the most modern districts in the northern part of the capital, thanks to its distinguished gastronomic offering; important streets such as Paseo de la Castellana, Príncipe de Vergara and Paseo de La Habana; and the world-famous Santiago Bernabéu stadium, training base of Real Madrid.



This area also offers outdoor spaces such as Berlin Park, the Fine Arts Garden and Park Alfonso XIII; imposing and modern office buildings such as the four towers financial centre.



Its strategic location allows for a quick and comfortable connection with the centre of the city of Madrid and the rest of the city thanks to its proximity to the bus interchange at Plaza de Castilla, which also has metro lines 9, 10 and 1 (direct to Gran Vía). It is also close to Chamartín station, with regional and commuter train lines.



The apartment:

A cosy apartment located on the fourth floor of a building with a lift, with capacity to accommodate 4 people.



Its comfortable layout and modern design integrate the dining area, a modern American-style kitchen equipped with high-end utensils and appliances, and a spectacular living room with a double sofa bed, a smart TV, and decorative elements that make the space pleasant at any time of the day.



It has a spacious bedroom with a wardrobe and double bed, and a comfortable and modern full bathroom with shower.



The property has internet access and air conditioning in all rooms.

The cot is subject to availability. Please notify at least 5 days in advance.



The property improvement works will be carried out until further notice.



The heating to air conditioning change in the apartment boiler will be carried out at the beginning of June and, in turn, the air conditioning to heating change will be carried out in mid-October, in accordance with the protocols established by the community.



To be taken into account:



IMPORTANT: This property is exclusively available for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Tourist stays are not permitted.



The guest must prove the reason for their stay (for example, temporary transfer for work, studies, medical treatments or care of a family member) and will sign a seasonal rental contract upon arrival.



The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.



For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.



Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.



The registration process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, before accessing the apartment. Please note that late check-in, between 21:00 and 02:00 hours, entails a supplement of 50 EUR that must be paid in cash.



Contact our team 48 hours before arrival and carefully follow the provided instructions. It will be essential to have a mobile device with call service. On the day of your registration, you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival to coordinate key delivery.
