Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem historischen Gebäude im Herzen von Madrid. Das Gebäude ist komplett neu auf der Innenseite mit einer modernen Küche, Bad und Aufzug.
Es verfügt über 3 Fenster mit Blick auf einen Innenhof, weil viele Menschen ruhige Abende bevorzugen. Es verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein Schlafsofa im Wohnbereich. Das Bett ist vom Wohnbereich durch einen schönen Bücherregal getrennt. Ich bin sicher, dass Sie es lieben!

A wonderful week in a fantastic flat!

Wir haben eine Woche in Madrid verbracht und in dieser Zeit die Wohnung überaus genossen, denn sie liegt fußläufig zu allen Museen, Parks und spannenden Architekturen. Das Appartement ist perfekt ausgestattet, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, besitzt ein sehr gutes Doppelbett und ist trotz der Lage mitten in einem hoch lebendigen Viertel sehr ruhig. Die Vermieterin hat viele hilfreiche Informationen gegeben und ist äußerst nett. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen in diese schöne Wohnung! Bettina und Volker

Wir wären gern länger geblieben. Aber die Arbeit ruft.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Inmitten der Altstadt mit lauter schönen Möglichkeiten: Restaurants, Feinschmecker-Läden, kleinen Geschäften und zu Fuß ist man super schnell an der Metro Sol und an der Gran Vía. Die Wohnung ist ganz entzückend eingerichtet und es fehlte uns an Nichts. Die Küche ist perfekt eingerichtet. Da wir gern kochen, war das ganz wunderbar. Das Bett ist ein Traum. Wir wollten es schon mitnehmen ;-) Man schläft darauf, wie auf einer Schlummerwolke. Wir waren sehr, sehr zufrieden und kommen bestimmt bald mal wieder. Eine kleine Kritik, damit es noch besser werden kann. Der Flur ist sehr hellhörig und die Türenfallen sehr laut in den Rahmen. Vielleicht kann man das optimieren? Perfect location

The flat was perfect and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, location was great for walking and shopping near and in the Plazas. It was an active area with plenty of places to eat and drink very close by, yet it was not noisy at all. The hostess was very helpful prior to our stay yet there was no need to contact her during our stay because we had no issues at all. We intend to book this location again the next time we’re back in Spain!

Perfect Launchpad in Madrid

Excellent apartment/Excellent location

Grete's place was wonderful. It matched the pictures perfectly, was very clean and comfortable for two people. Also, its location makes it a wonderful beginning point to anywhere you need to go in Madrid. We'll stay here again for sure.

We spent 5 days in Madrid. The apartment is well situated and well maintained for a comfortable stay. It is also very quiet despite the active nightlife nearby. Location about perfect

The location of this unit is perfect. Every place seemed about 15-20 minutes walk. Apartment was roomy for a studio, very clean and safe. Only hiccup was the receptionist was not there so we could not get in the building. Be sure you have owner number on WhatsApp and know which button on intercom to press. Also know the name or number of the unit your in. The receptionist speaks almost no English.

Wonderful stay in a great location

We only had two nights in Madrid so this apartment was perfectly located for us as we were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. Gorete is a wonderful host and provided lots of recommendations and insights. The place was very clean and we had everything we needed. Even though it’s located on a busy street, it was very quiet. Absolutely wonderful!

Everything was fantastic! Communication was very easy and prompt. We arrived in the early morning and were able to leave our bags at the building. The concierge, Alicia, was very nice and helpful. Short stay in great area

We stayed in this apartment for two days. The host was in communication from the beginning and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment is in the second floor and faces a small interior court yard. It had all of the amenities we needed. We did have on evening when a neighbor was noisy late. We were able to dull the noise by turning on a noise app on our iPad. We would stay here again.

Amazing place and location!

Had a fabulous stay! The apartment was beautiful and very clean. Our host, Gorete, was very friendly and extremely helpful. For the location alone it is worth it. So many places to eat at at either Plaza San Angel or Plaza Santa Ana, right down the block. Walking distance to most museums. A wonderful and energetic neighborhood. ps. For the best tortilla española go to Juana La Loca.

Very nice apartment, comfortable, well appointed, and great location. However, not ideal for sleeping due to human noise from other apartments. The person upstairs seemed to be walking around in heels even at 12:30 at night. Voices from other apartments carry across the small courtyard. This is not totally surprising for an apartment in a busy central area. Overall really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Apartment

My wife and I picked this Apartment because of its location and how new and well kept it looked in the pictures. The pictures didn't do it any justice. Upon our arrival, we were met by Alicia. She immediately guided us to the second floor and to the entrance of the Apartment. It was even more beautiful and very clean. We had no wants as everything was provided, i.e. Paper Towels, toilet paper, bath towels, etc. It had 15 foot ceilings and it was very quiet inside. We were away from any street noise, and we never heard our neighbors. The owner and hostess (Sra Groete) was amazing. If we had any questions when Alicia wasn't available, we would text her and she would answer as soon as possible. We highly recommend this Apartment anytime you visit Madrid We plan on visiting Madrid again and if this Apartment is available we definitely will stay there again.

Clean, centrally located apartment

Our first visit to Madrid was wonderful, mostly due to the location of the apartment. Its location provides for no more than a 15 minute walk to major key sites in Madrid. We only used a taxi from the airport and to the train station. The rest of our 4 days in Madrid we walked everywhere. The apartment was clean and well appointed. We did buy some food that needed to be cooked in an oven, only to find there was no oven. Oops. No worries though, we didn’t need one at all - there are amazing tapas everywhere… I mean everywhere. An average price between 2-4 euros, we aren’t big eaters so we found sharing 2 tapas was perfect. Of course, we had to stop for them several times a day. We did a walking tour our first full day and it really helped us understand the city, restaurants, history and culture. Highly recommend Veronica’s tour at our.Madrid on instagram. The apartment was very comfortable. The real king size bed was perfect. We slept so well. It is a studio, but does feel like the spaces are separate making if feel bigger than it is. Overall, it was perfect for us.

I have tried to make our apartments as cosy and comfortable as possible. My wish is for you to feel at home in Madrid. You will be in the heart of the city and at the same time you will have peace and quiet when you need to. You can walk everywhere. There are many restaurants around and the location is just perfect.
