Schönes Penthouse im 5. Stock mit Aufzug. Extrem hell, da alle Räume der Wohnung mit einer großen Terrasse, um die Sonne zu nehmen und im Freien.
Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, mit dem Vorteil der Nähe zum Zentrum von Madrid und gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln verbunden ist. Auf der gleichen Straße, gegenüber der Wohnung befindet sich nahe dem Bahnhof Puente Alcocer in zehn Minuten entfernt gelangen Sie zum Atocha und 13 Minuten Botschafter, sowohl im Herzen von Madrid. Wenn Sie die U-Bahn bevorzugen, ist die Station 700 Meter 12 Minuten zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt und ist unter den nach Sol (Linie 3). An der Tür der Wohnung ist es auch mehrere Busse, die zum Zentrum gehen zu stoppen. Kommunikation mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zum Zentrum von Madrid ist daher ausgezeichnet in beiden Stadtbahn, U-Bahn und Busse und. Für diejenigen, die mit dem Auto anreisen, ist das Parken einfach auf der Straße und es gibt eine Möglichkeit der Tiefgarage im gleichen Gebäude zu einem sehr erschwinglichen Preis.
Es ist ein idealer Ort für Geschäfts- und Urlaubsaufenthalte in der Stadt Madrid Unterkunft. In der gesamten Region gibt es Geschäfte für Frische und Restaurants nur wenige Meter in der gleichen Wohnung Tür-Angebot "Menüs".
Die Wohnung von 60 Quadratmetern und 60 Plätze auf der Terrasse 4 Personen. Es hat ein Schlafzimmer mit einem großen Doppelbett von 1,50 m, Schlafsofa mit zwei Einzelbetten, ein Badezimmer und eine voll ausgestattete Küche (Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Waschmaschine und Kleingeräte). Die große Terrasse rund um das Haus hat zwei Zimmer: Die meisten sind im Freien und hat auch eine verglaste und Wohnbereich mit der Küche verbunden, ideal für Sommer und Winter beheizt. Ein Ort, um in allen Jahreszeiten zu genießen.

Wonderful Apartment in a fantastic location

The apartment was perfect for our longer stay. Had everything we needed and the terrace was lovely. The sun room was fantstic, we spent a lot of time in it when it was raining, and we still felt like we were "outdoors". The location is fantastic. Everything you need all walking distance. We found so many great reataurants. The bus is right out front and the train station across the street. Easy train ride to the Atocha Station and back. Our host Elena was fantastic, met us upon arrival, and was quick to respond to questions and to give suggestions. If we are lucky enough to return to Madrid, this would stay here again, we loved the neighbourhood.

Perfect headquarters for a Madrid stay

This apartment is wonderful on all counts! We were met in person by a lovely host who escorted us to the apartment and gave us clear information about everything. In the packet of information were not only written directions for transportation and food and sightseeing, but there were also photos of local landmarks to make navigating the neighborhood very easy. The place was impeccably clean and very well equipped for eating at home and doing our laundry. The crowning touch is the large L-shaped deck around the whole apartment with an enclosed sunroom off the kitchen. We basically lived outside or in the sunroom the entire time we were there. We highly r commend this place to stay for people wanting comfortable access to central Madrid with peace and quiet and greenery when you come home from sightseeing.

This is in Villaverde, a suburb of Madrid . Great location, very quiet, close to Renfre & Metro. The owner, Elena, is incredible. She goes out of her way for guest. The apartment is complete. There is nothing one needs. I LOVED it! Silvia

Ideal location for us

We didn’t want to stay in the centre of Madrid but wanted to access it easily. This apartment was perfect as it was directly across from the train station. The area was quiet and the balcony was lovely. The bus stops were directly at the front of the apartment too. If you don’t want to be in the centre then I would recommend this apartment.

Amazing property and owner

The apartment was incredibly cute and we loved the little sun room and the terrace. The blazing fast internet was a real plus. Elena is a very warm, honest, and caring host who helped us immensely during our visit which was due to a family emergency in the area. I hope to come back some day under happier circumstance. Also, the proximity to the train station and the bus makes this property very convenient.

Cozy and comfortable apartment, perfect for our family of 4

The apartment is nicely equipped with everything we needed. The indoor patio was perfect for meals and enjoying the sunshine on cool days and with air conditioning it was even comfortable on hot days. We were in need of doing laundry and were able to do so with the washing machine and quickly dry out on the outdoor patio. The inside of the apartment was perfect, parking was a bit tough some nights. Personally we used went to places like Parque Warner so we used our car a bit but you are only going into the city of Madrid then the train station is right across the street and inexpensive and couldn't be closer or easier. It's a residential area and not a touristy neighborhood so if you looking to live like a local it's ideal, but if your looking for a "center of everything" place and walking around the neighborhood it's not the place for you. It was perfect for us because we wanted to be out of a loud tourist area but close enough to get into Madrid easily.

Comfort and character in a unique Apt.

This place has a perfect balance for me for sleeping in a nice quiet place with plenty of space and fresh air along with the natural privacy of penthouse living (fifth floor w/lift) and enjoying breakfast quietly in the morning sunshine but also with very easy access to the heart of the city only 10 minutes away via the comfortable Renfe commuter train. The kitchen has an efficient layout and is very well stocked with utensils, pots and pans, silverware, table settings and appliances as well as with many food staples including spices, vinegar, oil and, at the time of my visit, even a few types of pasta, ice cream bars, frozen fish and coffees. Though these appear to be mostly left by other quests they are all fresh and packaged and they are simply optional for your use and greatly expand your ability to cook without requiring a rush trip to the market or to stock up on items you need only small amounts of. The 60 square meter terrace gives a luxury of indoor-outdoor living and each room has sliding doors opening to the outside. The entire apartment is very well maintained and everything works. All fabrics are high quality - the bedding, towels, drapes, etc. Furniture and furnishings are above average quality + condition and even the art on the walls is interesting. There is a spirit of generosity in what Elena offers her guests and it's an easy place to feel at home and comfortable in The Villa Verde neighborhood around the apartment is friendly and relaxed and truly Spanish with 2 very good food supermarkets within 5 minutes walk, restaurants, bars, cafes, and all daily life services from telecom to dentists have shops on the streets. But when you want to see the Riena Sophia or Prado museums the train connection just across the street from the Apt. gets you to Atocha station and within a few minutes walk to them, faster and more directly than from many Metro stations in central Madrid -- you ride only one train for 10 minutes! When I return to Madrid I hope to be able to stay here again. Part of me doesn't want to share this information in order to selfishly preserve my chances to book again in the future. But Elena deserves good customers who are also looking for the unique blend of what her place offers. Here you will have a naturally elegant and comfortable way to visit the city on your own terms with peace and quiet and comfort seldom available when visiting a large city

Sehr gute Ferienwohnung im Vorort mit sehr guter Anbindung an die City

Die Ferienwohung entsprach 100% dem Prospekt, außer dass im September der Pool geschlossen wird, weil Madrid auf 700 Höhenmetern liegt, und die Abende dann kühl werden. Die Verkehrsanbindung in die City (C5 nach Atocha) ist perfekt, 4 Stationen bei einer Frequenz von 10 Min. ein Traum. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen und tagsüber Madrid und Umgebung (alles per Zug) genossen. Wir sind 100% zufrieden mit dem Quartier und der Lage.

Beautiful, well equipped apartment

We stayed at this property for 7 nights in May. A well-kept apartment in a quiet residential neighborhood. The place is well equipped with more or less everything we needed for during our stay in Madrid. Another added advantage is the location of the property. It is located across from the commuter line station, only 10 minutes ride to Atocha station. The condition of the apartment was great, just as shown on the pictures. Luisa and Elena were very helpful and responded promptly to all my questions They had useful information on places on interest, and transportation options printed out for their guests. I would certainly stay in this apartment again when next we visit Madrid.

Agréable séjour
