This magnificent apartment is located in the heart of Morzine town centre. At the foot of the cable car providing access to the Avoriaz ski area and the entire Portes du Soleil domain. You are here close to absolutely everything, whether it's shops, bars, restaurants or the aquatic centre and Dérèches park inviting you for lovely walks along the river. In short, you can forget about the car!!



We present to you a 2-bedroom apartment completely renovated located on the 1st floor of a small chalet-style building.

Imagine yourself, heading out to the ski area from the apartment, going out for a drink, sharing a meal at a restaurant... all on foot.

From the entrance you benefit from a hallway with storage, practical for your returns from skiing. You then enter the apartment, through its new and fully equipped kitchen opening onto its beautiful living and dining room with lovely high ceilings, all opening onto the south-facing balcony. In the sleeping area, you will find a large bedroom which is separated from the lounge by a curtain and not by a door (it is fitted with storage and a 160cm x 200cm bed), and also a second bedroom with a 140cm x 200cm bed. Still in the sleeping area, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate WC with hand basin.

The apartment is ideally located but the neighbourhood remains very lively and noisy.
