On the right side of the hallway, you’ll find a completely new and fully equipped bathroom. Further along, the interior double bedroom offers a quiet and bright space, with a built-in wardrobe and split air conditioning for your comfort.

At the end of the hallway, an exterior living room opens up, filled with natural light thanks to its balcony overlooking the Giralda. The sofa bed provides additional space for another guest. The kitchen, integrated into the living room, is equipped with all the utensils needed to prepare any meal.

Located on the exclusive Placentines street, from the apartment’s doorstep you can enjoy a direct view of the iconic Giralda, just 100 meters away. You can visit Seville’s main monuments on foot, without needing transportation, truly a luxury in the historic city center.

The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
