Property was near the Cathedral and other attractions, which is a big plus and very convenient. Owner was very communicative during the checking in. The listing on VRBO stated it was a luxury apartment which is misleading. It was very small and basic but certainly adequate for two people.

The place is not too bad. It's close to everything, the supermarket is next door and the shops/restaurants are nearby. It has everything you need in the unit. We also like the fact that we can do the laundry.The only reason that I didn't give a 5 rating is because it's next to the entrance and people go in and out the building and slam the door all day long. It can be quite noisy.Other than that, everything is good.

Excellent location and very well equipped accommodation. Convenient local supermarket only a few steps away. Only downside was the outside door to gain access to the apartment complex banged shut loudly every time anyone entered or exited and this woke us up several times. Otherwise complex was very quiet. The owner was very helpful. Would stay again.

This place is perfect for visitors that want to stay in the heart of this beautiful and historic city. Jorge, the host, was incredibly responsive, and was a pleasure to meet. Jorge even gave us a list of Flamenco places and local tapas bars, which were all incredible. My only suggestion to my fellow North Americans is do not drive in this city! Even navigating a small car like ours down medieval streets was not easy, especially with pedestrians all about.

Great Location

This is a great place to stay when in Sevilla. Centrally located to all the monuments and within feet of great restaurants, tapas bars and shopping. The host Jorge was great and communicated everything very well. I would stay here again when in Sevilla.

Great location, walk to major sites

Close to everything in old town. Clean and secure. Calling it luxury is a bit of a stretch. The host was out of the country when we arrived and gave us a non English speaking contact which did not help. Host also provided a full typewritten page of directions to find the rental, very confusing at best. After we found the place I could write accurate directions with one sentence. Overall, to visit Old Town it's very good, I think the property itself is about average for Europe.

Nice basic apartment in an atmospheric location. Highly recommended

The apartment was spotlessly clean. Located on the first floor of a small apartment building, it is accessed through a secure corridor. Very quiet. The apartment has no outside windows. Windows face an interior courtyard, or a rear patio well. The bedroom has two comfortable beds and a small closet. The small kitchen seemed to be well equipped, although I didn’t use it with the exception of the coffee maker. The small bathroom has a very small shower enclosure. There are air conditioners/heating units in both the living room / kitchen and the bedroom. 
The apartment is located near Iglesia del Salvador church, basically in the middle of the older (and atmospheric) section of Sevilla. It is about 1/4 mile north of the Cathedral. Wonderful location for right seeing and eating out. Many excellent bars and restaurants, shops, etc. The apartment is located about 100’ from a small market that carries all the basics. On the other side of the street from the market is an ice cream shop (wonderful!) and a small plaza with several bars and restaurants. It is a lively area! You can walk from Santa Justa Station to the apartment in about 20 min (use a GPS the first time.) The property owner, Jorge, was a great host. He provided excellent communication during the booking process and gave clear directions to the property.

Unser Aufenthalt in Sevilla war super. Die Wohnung liegt direkt in der Altstadt, und dennoch ganz ruhig gelegen, so dass man gut schlafen kann. Direkt vor der Tür sind viele Geschäfte und Restaurants, ebenso Supermärkte. Die Wohnung selbst ist klein, war aber sehr sauber. Für zwei Leute ausreichend. Es gab alles was man braucht. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und es gab eine Waschmaschine, falls man länger bleibt. Die Betten waren bequem, allerdings erschien uns die Einrichtung ein wenig zusammengewürfelt. Nichtsdestotrotz war alles sehr sauber und auch das Bad war perfekt. Es gibt eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage in beiden Räumen und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war immer super freundlich und schnell. Er hat auf alle Fragen direkt geantwortet. Der Zugang zur Wohnung hat ausgezeichnet funktioniert und die Wohnung war gut zu finden. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Es war alles da, was ein deutsches Urlauberherz wünscht. Super Lage in der Nähe der historischen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Supermercado vor der Haustür und große Auswahl an Bars uns Restaurants für den spanischen Geschmack.
