Secondly, you say that there is another apartment with the same name, same photos, with the same characteristics 20 km away and this is not correct either. This you are indicating is very inappropriate because you are indicating that we are deceiving our guests and we have been working for many years where no one has accused us in this way so I would be grateful to rectify to avoid problems with unfounded suspicions. Also if the apartment you say was 20 km away from this one, it would not be located in the center but in the outskirts of Seville. Thirdly, it indicates that the parking is 10 minutes walk from the apartment, sorry but I think that's not our problem, the location of the parking is decided by their owners. I imagine that in your country when you want to park your car there is no parking 20 meters from where you go or maybe there are many parking lots that always have one close, very close to where you want to park. Excusez-moi, mais à aucun moment nous ne vous avons dit que vous pouviez entrer dans l'appartement à 13h00, puisque d'après le site web vous ne pouvez entrer qu'à 13h45 et non à 14h45. Je pense qu'il faut être fidèle à la réalité. Concernant le mot de passe wifi, il est écrit en grosses lettres sur un panneau à la porte, si vous avez eu des difficultés à l'écrire sur votre portable, ce n'est pas notre problème. Enfin, à aucun moment dans l'annonce de l'appartement il n'est indiqué que l'immeuble dispose de son propre parking, vous nous avez écrit pour demander des informations à ce sujet et nous vous avons indiqué le plus proche. S'il vous plaît, soyons corrects, nous aimons apprendre à nous améliorer à partir de vos commentaires, mais dans ce cas, ce n'est pas impossible. Merci

Je suis désolée de votre commentaire, mais il faut être précis dans ce qui est décrit. L'annonce ne dit à aucun moment qu'il y a 3 chambres, elle indique 2 chambres et un salon avec canapé-lit donc c'est préparé pour 6 personnes. Avant de réserver, vous m'avez demandé quelle était la disposition de l'appartement. Je vous ai dit et précisé qu'il y avait une chambre à coucher avec un lit double, une deuxième chambre à coucher avec deux lits simples et un canapé-lit, spacieux pour 5 personnes. Vous m'avez également demandé combien de salles de bains, vous informant qu'il y en a 2. Je ne comprends donc pas cette déception de votre part alors qu'il est décrit dans l'annonce, qu'il y a des photos qui l'indiquent et que je vous l'ai précisé, vous donnant l'approbation et la RÉSERVATION qui en découlent. Nous n'avons pas de parking et comme dans toutes les villes du monde, le prix est décidé par les propriétaires et généralement tous ont tendance à être plus cher. Cependant, il y a un autre parking plus proche, le Parking Imagen, dont je vous parlerai. Nous aimons apprendre de vos commentaires, mais dans ce cas, cela n'a pas aidé.
