Enjoy staying in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés with this stylish 1-bedroom apartment located on the 2nd floor of a secure residential building (without an elevator). Self check-in from 3:00 PM by collecting keys at a nearby location. Wi-Fi is available, great for both work and leisure. A refundable damage deposit is required, in full accordance with platform's policies.



The Space:

PLEASE NOTE THAT RENOVATION WORK IN THE NEAREST BUILDING HAS ALREADY BEGUN AND IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE FOR APPROXIMATELY 2-3 MONTHS. WHILE WE ARE MAKING EVERY EFFORT TO MINIMIZE ANY INCONVENIENCE, THERE MAY BE SOME NOISE AND CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY IN THE COMMON AREAS DURING THIS TIME.



The apartment is a well-designed space with a bright, street-facing outlook on one of Saint-Germain's most characterful streets. The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed with a superior quality mattress, and the living room has a sofa-bed. The shower room is en-suite to the bedroom, and there is also a separate WC accessible via the hallway. A flat-screen TV and a welcoming living area complete the space. The fully equipped kitchen has a full refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher and drip coffee machine. A clothes washer is available for your convenience. The apartment is heated electrically throughout; please note there is no air conditioning.

Good to know before you book



Check-in is from 3:00 PM via self check-in, simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you're arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00 and 9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM to 12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. We're flexible when we can be, just give us a heads-up!



Check-out is by 10:00 AM.



A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required for all bookings, collected in accordance with platform's policies. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.



Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.



The apartment is non-smoking throughout. The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.



Occasionally, management may need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We'll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.



A few practical notes: Wi-Fi may occasionally be affected by area-wide connectivity issues. The building has no lift, and the apartment is on the 2nd floor, accessible by stairs only. Photos are as accurate as possible and minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Please reach out before booking if you have any questions about the cancellation policy.



Please note for reservations valued over €1000, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method such as credit link or bank transfer for security and banking purposes.

The Neighborhood:

Rue Guisarde is one of Saint-Germain-des-Prés's most animated little streets, lined with restaurants, wine bars and café terraces that fill up from lunchtime onwards and stay lively well into the evening. The area around the Place Saint-Sulpice is just a few steps away, with its beautiful fountain square, the church of Saint-Sulpice and the excellent Yves Saint Laurent boutique on the corner. The Jardin du Luxembourg is a 10-minute walk, and the legendary cafés of Boulevard Saint-Germain, Les Deux Magots and Café de Flore, are a short stroll away.



The location is superbly central for exploring both banks of the Seine. The Musée d'Orsay is a comfortable 20-minute walk along the river, and the Notre-Dame, the Latin Quarter and the Île Saint-Louis are all easily reachable on foot. Independent bookshops, galleries, patisseries and wine merchants fill the surrounding streets, and the Métro at Saint-Sulpice and Mabillon puts the rest of the city within easy reach. Please note that as the street is home to a number of popular restaurants and bars, there may be some ambient noise in the evenings, particularly on weekends.

A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of €50 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for €50. Both can be provide for €70. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed.

*Wi-Fi may occasionally be unstable due to connectivity issues affecting the entire area or due to the service provider.

*The elevator is not guaranteed and may occasionally be out of service. Common areas, including stairwells, may vary in condition due to cleaning or maintenance.

*The property may vary slightly from the photos due to recent renovations, furniture rearrangements or other. This will be indicated in the description or photos when possible.

*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 19:00 and 21:59 there will be a €50 late check-in fee. Between 22:00 and 00.59 there will be a €90 check-in fee. After 1 AM - €120 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point. Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00. If any personal items are left behind, we will do our best to assist with their return or arrange a pick-up, but any associated costs or service fees will be the guest’s responsibility.

Loved it

Great location. Nearby shops and restaurants were great. Access to metro was easy. Loved the shower! Only bad thing was bit of a bad smell from dishwasher, but hey, we weren’t eating there, so not an issue for us and can’t blame the property management, not their fault. I’d stay there again.

It’s a great spot!

It's perfectly located for exploring the city, and getting the keys was super easy. The rooms are spacious, practical, and clean, making it a really comfortable place to stay. It has everything you need—microwave, hairdryer, fridge, dishwasher—all in great shape. The living room layout is cozy, with a dining table, TV, and a comfy sofa to relax on. The kitchen is fully equipped too, and if you're missing anything, the host is really responsive. There's a big grocery store nearby and you can easily walk to the main sights from the apartment. Plus, the deposit was handled smoothly, refunded a week after we checked out.

Please refund my deposit!!

I have been waiting for my deposit and it has not been sent. Please do so. Also, the number on the key was different than the number on the actual apartment on the street. It took us over an hour and a half to find the right building, and we only found it by putting the key in every single door on the street..

Very Noisy, Apt needs TLC

I had a 2-week stay for work. The nightly noise (windows shut) was very disturbing and interrupted my work and sleep. The apt. is almost directly above 2 raucous pubs with young people spilling into the street drinking and shouting until after 2AM. Restaurant delivery trucks make more noise early in the AM. If noise doesn't bother you, then the location is great.The windy stairs to the 2nd FL (no lift) were not a problem. The bldg. has 2 doors to enter the courtyard and access the stairs. I felt safe. I recommend paying the 50 euros for a Greeter. When I tried to return the key at the automated Key Cafe, the place was closed for construction. I would have been stranded at night if I had relied upon the Key Cafe to pick up my keys and do a self-check-in.This spacious apt. has the potential to be 4 stairs (except for the noise) if it receives the attention it deserves. The apt. needs TLC to replace broken or damaged equipment and appointments. I expected higher quality furnishings. I would have loved a towel dryer in the bathroom to dry things washed in the sink. I did not use the washer/dryer or dishwasher. I had one contact on the management team who was great, but had many incorrect messages from others. I am still waiting for my deposit return, and it's been a month since I checked out. I assume it will come. I left the apt. spotless.

L'appartement de vacances est situé en plein centre, à proximité de nombreux restaurants et magasins. Il est très bien équipé avec une kitchenette, une douche et des toilettes séparées, un grand lit, un grand salon et une grande salle à manger.Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise.Cependant, il y a un bar au rez-de-chaussée de l'immeuble et la musique, en particulier les basses, s'entendent jusqu'à environ 4 heures du matin. Cela perturbe malheureusement considérablement le repos nocturne.

Merci pour votre retour. Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié le confort et les équipements de l’appartement ainsi que sa situation centrale. Comme pour tout appartement situé en plein cœur de la ville, un peu de bruit urbain peut parfois se faire entendre, mais le fait de pouvoir se rendre à pied à la plupart des sites touristiques compense largement cet inconvénient. Nous étudions actuellement la possibilité de changer les fenêtres pour ajouter un vitrage supplémentaire à l’avenir afin d’améliorer le confort sonore.
