Eine rückerstattbare Kaution ist erforderlich.<br><br><br><br>Die Unterkunft:<br><br>Willkommen in dieser frisch renovierten, 50 m² großen 1-Zimmer-Wohnung im 5. Stock eines Gebäudes mit Aufzug, perfekt gelegen in der Rue des Carmes im Herzen des Quartier Latin. Die Wohnung wird vor jeder Ankunft professionell gereinigt, damit du dich sofort einleben kannst.<br><br><br><br>Schlafzimmer 1: 1 Doppelbett, Wohnzimmer: 1 Doppelschlafsofa. Know what you’re getting…Pros: Cute building, comfortable bed, good shower, and a nice view from the small kitchen.Cons: The couch was peeling badly—not just in one spot, but throughout—it was actually disgusting. The wooden kitchen countertops were old, warped, and heavily stained. The bathroom door handle was only partially attached, the fan in the living room was broken ( during the heatwave) and the layout and flow of the space felt awkward. Overall, the property is just okay and is in need of some TLC and updating.

Amazing location. Apartment is comfortable and spacious. Elevator is definitely a plus. Would have been a 5 stars if it wasn’t for the lack of equipment in the kitchen (no cooking trays, very limited cooking utensils, dirty cutting boards, etc). As per previous reviews, be prepared to buy all you need in terms of shower gel, soap for dishes and washing machine, toilet paper etc, though not a big deal for us since we were expecting it. I would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful location with just a short walk in any direction to nice restaurants, shops, the metro and the Marché Maubert. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. And as a solo traveler, i felt very safe and secure. It could do with a few more amenities like nicer linens (they were fine though), hygiene products, and extra toilet tissue. The kitchen could be stocked a little better. With just a little more attention to detail, this apartment could be spectacular. All in all, a great stay and I would stay here again.

I should have gone with my instincts on this property from the very beginning. Because of connections I had mistakenly added an extra day when I requested the stay duration. I realized it within moments & sent a request to change it. The immediate response was no, it’s against policy, you can cancel with the risk that the property is no longer available. It only got worse from there. It wasn’t until a few days before we arrived that we received about half of what the day rate was & only because I kept asking for an update. This was close to 3 months after the request.Upon arrival found the Apartment basically not fit to stay in. Pictures on the website are old & showed the Apartment what it looked like in its prime. This is definitely no longer the case. We found rotted moldy countertops, dirt & grime on the shelves, old water resting in the bottoms of pots and pans. Rotted bathroom cabinets with plumbing fixtures rusted & full of mineral scale. Dust heavy enough to write your name in it. The list goes on.We notified the host of the conditions receiving the insincere response of I’m sorry you didn’t find the Apartment to your liking.. We let them know that we would not be staying there & told them we would pay for the first night but wanted a refund for the rest. I received the run around for the next 10 days trying to get an answer, now they just don’t respond. We would not recommend staying here.

Location is ideal!

The neighborhood is perfect! Close to restaurants, grocery stores, Metro stops and very walkable. Very quiet building and it has an elevator, which is exceptional, especially when you are on a high floor. The surfaces in the flat could have been a bit cleaner, but overall, good. We had one maintenance issue but it was resolved quickly. Great communication and so easy to access the keys and return them at the end of the stay. Would recommend!

Excellent Apartment in Good location

Lovely apartment in great location. Near to metro and excellent restaurants and bakery. Only issue was long delay in refund of damage deposit. First the damage deposit is very high. It is charged ahead of the stay through an app and then held for three weeks after the end of the stay. This is an excessive delay in the digital age.

The location was great and the apartment has the potential to be amazing but it needs some attention. The furnishings are old and worn. The bed and the sofa are both uncomfortable. There are few amenities in the kitchen (for example: there is an oven but I had to buy a tray to use for the oven as there were no dishes which were oven proof.) The toilet is tiny and came with half a roll of toilet paper. The shower stall smells of damp and is also tiny. The bedroom and living room are a good size. The elevator was a welcome amenity after walking 20K steps a day and for transporting our luggage, If this had some love and attention, it would be good. Also it could do with a deep clean not just s surface wipe. All in all, I expect there is better value for money available elsewhere. Disappointed as had high hopes.

The apartment in the Latin Quarter was great; very sunny, clean, and well appointed. The building was very safe and quiet.The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of storage space for our clothes. The kitchen included everything we could need; dishes, cooking utensils, coffee maker, full size fridge, stovetop and convection oven. We ate almost every breakfast in and cooked dinner six (out of our 18) nights in the apartment. Having a clothes washer and dishwasher in the kitchen was a bonus as well. There were two rooms for the bathroom - one for the toilet and another for the shower. They were both quite small but each had its own sink.The location was perfect - just two short blocks from Place Maubert, where there is a wonderful outdoor market three days a week where we were able to buy fresh produce, cheeses and meats as well as lots of interesting crafts. The square also contains the Maubert Metro stop which was super convenient. At the intersection a half block down, there were two great restaurants each with their own take on classic French cuisine where we dined multiple times. The only improvements we could site would be to tighten the doorknob on the WC, and to recover the cushions on the couch in the living room. The leather had worn and shed small pieces on our clothing, so we didn't really use it. The table and chairs next to the window was where we hung out the most.

Appartement trés bien situé en plein Quartier latin. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les boutiques, petits bistros et la localisation de cet appartement. Par contre, l'appartement est étrangement organisé : tout en longueur au fil d'un long corridor, peu décoré et très mal fourni : le divan du salon est passablement abimé, la cuisine minuscule et très mal équipée. Aucune épices, de sel/poivre, de fouet, de cuillères en bois, etc...

Au cœur de Paris

Excellent emplacement à distance de marche du Panthéon et la cathédrale de Paris!Grand appartement très paisible.Lits double et divan lit très confortable. Cuisinette fonctionnelle mais manque ciseau et tôle pour cuisson - Manque papier hygiénique shampoing et savon qui devaient être inclus selon l’annonce !

Jeg vil definitivt bo her igjen

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold i denne herlige leiligheten! Beliggenheten er utmerket – bare 5 minutters gange til Notre Dame, nær Seinen, og i et vakkert, ikke-turistområde. Leiligheten er godt vedlikeholdt, generelt ren, og har alt du trenger for et komfortabelt opphold. Stuen er koselig med en komfortabel sofa og en god TV, mens kjøkkenet er lite, men utstyrt med alt som trengs for å lage en enkel måltid. Soverommet er romslig, og dusjen har varmt vann til enhver tid. Bygget har også en heis for 2-3 personer, som er et fint tillegg. Innsjekkingsprosessen var smidig med klare instruksjoner og et praktisk vindu til klokken 21. Alt i alt var jeg veldig fornøyd og vil definitivt bo her igjen!
