Property Details:

This 85-sqm apartment is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator. The living area is furnished with a flat-screen TV and dining table and can also be used as a work-from-home space. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls.



The fully equipped kitchen has an electric tea kettle, sink, toaster, refrigerator, stove, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The flat comes with a clothes washing machine and drying rack. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.



Both bedrooms is street facing and furnished with double beds and quality mattresses. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has two full bathrooms with bathtub/shower, toilet and sink. The first bathroom is en-suite to the first bedroom, the second is accessible via the hallway. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.



Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability.



Important Information and Policies

- Please inquire for more information about the cancellation policy.

- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees may apply after 7:00PM (see below). Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. The host reserves the right to decline a late check-in if the guest does not meet all the check-in requirements.

- Check-out is by 10:00AM.

- Damage deposit of ÂŁ800 is required before arrival. The deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out, subject to property inspection and bank processing times.

- Strictly NON-smoking.

- Pets NOT allowed.

- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 6 people.

- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.

- Please note for reservations valued over ÂŁ1000, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method such as credit link or bank transfer for security and banking purposes.

A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of ÂŁ50 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for ÂŁ50. Both can be provide for ÂŁ70. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed. Wi-Fi may occasionally be unstable due to connectivity issues affecting the entire area or due to the service provider.

*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 7:00PM and 10:00PM there will be a ÂŁ50 late check-in fee. After 10:00PM there will be a ÂŁ90 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point.



Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00. If any personal items are left behind, we will do our best to assist with their return or arrange a pick-up, but any associated costs or service fees will be the guest’s responsibility.

Great location and very easy key collection with clear instructions. Ideal for 4 adults and 2 teenagers, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Well-equipped kitchen, supermarket right across the street, and a coffee machine - very convenient. I’d happily stay here again!

Perfect apartment for us! The host organised everything very well, key pick-up process is easy. They were in touch all the time. The location is great. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 double rooms and 2 bathrooms were ideal.

Decent property in a good location; Issues with communication and deposit.

The property was clean enough, but there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived. The beds are small and not particularly comfortable. The provided towels are thin and scratchy. For the price we paid for the stay, I expected a little bit higher quality. The amount of rules and reminders from the host was excessive -- I got emails, What's App messages, and VRBO messages. Also, the rules in the book at the house did not match the rules in the What's App messages. They also want the keys returned before the stay is completed, which was confusing and unworkable when we had two groups of people who needed keys to the house we paid to stay in. Also, I am currently fighting the property owner to return the security deposit from our stay after reaching out multiple times. We followed all of the rules and left the unit cleaner then how we found it, so this shouldn't take weeks of back and forth. They claimed the owner lives in the building, so I would think he would know pretty quickly how the unit looked. The 3 story walk-up was annoying, but it was mentioned in the listing. The neighborhood did work out great for our stay and was close to the tube and things we wanted to do.
