Property Details:

This 79-sqm apartment is located on the ground floor without a lift. There is a space that can be used as a living, dining or home office area. It is furnished with a sofa and a dining table and chairs. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls.



The fully equipped kitchen has an electric tea kettle, sink, toaster, full refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave/oven, dishwasher and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The flat comes with a clothes washing machine and drying rack. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.



The first bedroom faces the street and is furnished with a double bed. The second bedroom is courtyard facing and furnished with a double bed. The third bedroom has a single bed. All three bedrooms have quality mattresses and bedding and linens are provided. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has one full en-suite bathroom and one bathroom accessible via the hallway, both have showers, sinks and toilets. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.



Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability.



Important Information and Policies

- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees may apply after 7:00PM (see below).

- Check-out is by 10:00AM.

- Damage deposit of £800 is required before arrival. The deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out, subject to property inspection and bank processing times.

- Strictly NON-smoking.

- Pets Allowed (fees apply).

- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 5 people.

- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.

- Please note for reservations valued over £1000, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method such as credit link or bank transfer for security and banking purposes.



Please note it is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the property and in front of the property building. Violators will be charged the damage deposit. The front door of the building should not be left open at any time for any reason.

It is a centre of inspiration for architecture lovers and Harry Potter's fans. One of the best neighbourhoods for foodies in the city is Clerkenwell, a few steps from King's Cross, it offers an ultra-fashionable lifestyle in the very heart of Central London. Clerkenwell, once known as "Little Italy", is a home for various historic pubs, bars, Michelin starred restaurants and food markets. Mentioned in Shakespeare’s sonnets and popping up in some of the greatest works by Charles Dickens, the area is also a heart of creativity for theatre and design. A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of £50 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for £50. Both can be provided for £70. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed. Wi-Fi may occasionally be unstable due to connectivity issues affecting the entire area or due to the service provider.

*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 7:00PM and 10:00PM there will be a £50 late check-in fee. After 10:00PM there will be a £90 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point.



Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00. If any personal items are left behind, we will do our best to assist with their return or arrange a pick-up, but any associated costs or service fees will be the guest’s responsibility.

Great location and great host. Super responsive. The pickup location for keys is convenient- about 3-5 minute walk and was on the way coming from st.pancras. Recommended the place. There is an amazing sandwich shop around the corner and great coffee shop frequency close by as well.

We really enjoyed a very nice and pleasant stay in Islington. The flat was big and well furnished. Exactly as reported in the listing. The two bathrooms were top level. Neighborhood quiet and a few-minute walk from King’s Cross, St. Pancras Int’l and a lot of bus stops and every type of shops nearby. An absolutely wonderful location to visit the whole city. Definitely recommended!

Great location in a quiet area! Short walking distance from transportation, shopping, and restaurants. Communication with Paul and team was always quick. The security deposit information is stated before booking, just a little odd and took 3 weeks from when we left London to finally get back. We did get it back in full so just know it will take some time.

Do NOT book this place. Trust me.

The place is not bad. But the showers did NOT work for about 30 hours. And the point of contact could not care less. We has a fancy dinner at a michelin one star restaurant and we had to go without taking a shower alfter a long trip from NY.They finally said they will be sending someone next morning so we waited to be able to shower before we went out. They arrived 2.20 pm. So we lost most of sunday waiting…I think the person that answers is actually Ai because he will give us all the obvious answers every time.So if you really want to enjoy your holidays just choose another home. This has been my worst experience at Vrbo. We asked to be compensated and they deny the ask.

Mold in bathrooms

The check in process was ok. It is done by picking up the key at a nearby shop, drop off for the key is at the same place. We did walk from the shop, with luggage, to the property and it was not far, but it is a walk up a hill, older people may prefer to take an Uber.The two bathrooms had mold, a lot of mold, in the shower area and on the ceiling, and one bathroom also had mold on the shower curtain.The stairs to the second level doesn't have any stair rails, the stairs are a bit steep, so this is a big safety hazard.The furniture in the living room is very very low to the ground. If the guests are older people they will have difficulty sitting down but especially getting up.The kitchen is ok. The bedroom sizes and bathroom sizes are ok. One bedroom had human hair on the sheets, which means it was not washed or at least not washed properly.The neighborhood is a residential area, there's a mini grocery store only 3 minutes away walking distance that has just about everything you could need.Also nearby is tons of restaurants, it was only a brief 8 minutes or so walk away.The biggest problem we had was seeing the mold in the bathroom shower areas and the non-responsiveness of the property owner who never returned my calls. The property owner did reply to a text message after I had already returned to my native home. VRBO said I had to work it out with the owner.My daughter was so grossed out by the mold in the shower that she left and stayed in a hotel.
Living Room furniture is very low to the ground. If I took the TV remote control and stood it on the floor, the furniture is just a tiny little bit higher than the top level of the remote control.

Douches qui ne fonctionnement pas, puis qui fonctionnent par intermittence ... Relation avec le gestionnaire pitoyable (beaucoup de message pour peu de résultat). Nous affirme avoir fait passer un plombier et veut nous retenir 100 sur la caution alors que personne n'est passé et que le problème a duré toute le semaine.Pour le reste, rapport qualité prix correct sinon.Materiel de piètre qualité ... Poelles en teflon rayées ! A ne pas utiliser ... Auarit pu être changée.Bref, mauvaise experience dans cette loc qui a vraiment nuit à la qualité de notre séjour.
