The host was very responsive and made checking in with our unknown schedule at the time very easy. The beds were comfortable and appreciated having 2 bedrooms, especially for the price. The Indian restaurant next door was delicious as well! The only thing that could improve is brighter lighting in the living area and a fix to keep the one bedroom window from sliding down. Otherwise, this was a great deal when staying in London. Thanks!

Great flat in an ideal location

Overall this is a great property. The owner is quick to respond, helpful, understanding and we felt he really wanted to help us have a great stay. Highlights of the property- Awesome location! The flat is an easy 5 minute walk from Goodge street tube station and an easy walk to Soho and the theatre district/Covent Garden. The owner is also very reliable and a great communicator. He gave us suggestions for things to do and great restaurants to try. We also were able to check in early which was awesome after a long night of no sleep on the plane. Lowlights/things to note: The property states that it can sleep 6 but I would say it can only fit 5 comfortably. The sofa bed is small and would never fit two adults. The flat could also use some extra deep cleaning and attention to detail. Lastly, be aware of noise levels from the street and neighbors. There is a flat upstairs and there does not seem to be a lot of insulation between the floors so you can hear EVERYTHING that is happening above you. Unfortunately we were kept up all night one night because of that, which is no fault of the owner, but something to be aware of. As stated, this is a really great option overall and we are thankful for our visit.

Great location

Nice quiet area, comfy beds, great checkin support (early which was lovely! and walked us up to unit), easy tube access, nice wardrobe space and hangers, fabulous absorbent towels, comfy couch and dinning table, shower coukd use new sliding shower head holder, a little more detailed cleaning would be good, appreciated the coffee and tea in cupboard, Space was larger than expected which was also great!
