Casa Sopra (123 sqm) develops over two levels. A staircase with 42 steps leads from the road to the villa and directly onto the terrace. Please note that although the terrace is dedicated to the property, individuals in the top-floor accommodation also use it to access their property.

On the lower level, you will find an open plan living room with a sitting area (with sofa and TV), a dining table (for six) and a well-equipped kitchen.

On the upper level, you will find three double bedrooms, one single bedroom and two bathrooms:
