Upon entering, you are welcomed by a hallway with a striking glass ceiling that lets natural light in from the private terrace. It is complemented by an automatic awning to ensure privacy and comfort. On the left, there is a fully equipped bathroom.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for daily use. It includes a small dining area with a high table and two stools, perfect for light meals or a morning coffee. The main area features a double bed, a mirror, a television, and a spacious wardrobe with hangers and drawers. Next to the bed, there is a comfortable sofa bed for two people.

The accommodation stands out for its two balconies facing Plaza San Francisco, offering direct views of the City Hall, one of Seville’s most iconic landmarks.

The private terrace has independent access and is located on the fourth floor of the building, accessible by elevator.
