Villa Monsebo is a family country cottage for holiday rental in Mallorca located near Algaida. This house will be a wonderful option for those seeking to enjoy their holidays with family and friends in a tranquil, peaceful and privileged setting.
This villa dates from the year 1915. Initially it was a typical Mallorcan rustic farmhouse, which thanks to its location and additional facilities has been transformed into holiday accommodation. Its swimming pool with a size of 10 x 4, surrounded by a solarium with sun loungers and a Balinese bed, is perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. The wooden swing is perfect for enjoying the sunset and immortalising the stay in this beautiful villa with a romantic photo. The property also offers a BBQ, porch and pergola with dining and rest areas, and its spacious and well-maintained garden gives this property an intimate and family-like character. Lovers of active holidays and sports enthusiasts will appreciate the mini-golf, tennis court and ping-pong table.
Architecturally, the estate represents a fascinating blend of typical Mallorcan constructive elements, such as natural stone walls and modernity, and has a luxurious and spacious interior of 300 square metres, decorated with great taste.
Villa Monsebo offers a modern lounge with sofas and TV, a dining area with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with an island and state-of-the-art appliances, five bedrooms (all en suite, four with double beds and one with two single beds), another room with a cot and 2 children's beds, and six bathrooms (five with shower and one with a bathtub).
The villa has everything necessary for a comfortable stay: air conditioning and heating, satellite TV, WiFi connection, parquet floors, for better rest and greater comfort, King Dual System mattresses where one side is medium firmness and the other soft and firm to be able to adapt them to the guest's needs, bedding and towels, and much more.
On the exterior, the estate has 110,000 square metres of land. With over 900 fruit trees and a charming native forest, as well as various animals such as ponies, donkeys, etc.
The villa is situated in a privileged location near Algaida, 20 km from Palma de Mallorca and just 15 km from the sea, which makes the range of possible activities during your stay wide and diverse. Proximity to the airport (17 km) is an additional plus in terms of convenience. Thanks to its location on top of a hill between the capital, Palma de Mallorca, and the picturesque village of Algaida, with impressive panoramic views over the fields, forests, the Tramuntana and the entire Bay of Palma.
