Elegante und gerĂ€umige Villa in einer schönen Wohngegend von El Arenal. SOL VERI ist ein wunderbares Haus in Son Veri, nur wenige Minuten vom Meer, dem Sandstrand, dem Ort El Arenal und dem Yachthafen entfernt. Son Veri ist nur 15 Minuten von Palma und 10 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt. Das Haus ist voller Licht mit sonnigen Zimmern und weißen WĂ€nden, Terrakotta-Böden, neuen BĂ€dern, und einem eleganten Möbelmix aus alt und neu in hellen Tönen. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es einen Salon, einen langen Raum mit Essbereich mit FlĂŒgeltĂŒren zur ĂŒberdachten Terrasse. Es gibt cremefarbene Sofas, Sat-TV, DVD / CD-Stereo, Klimaanlage Warm und Kalt, Wifi Zone. Schliessfach. BettwĂ€sche und HandtĂŒcher. Die KĂŒche ist neu, mit weißen Einheiten, Granit und Edelstahl-GerĂ€ten. Es gibt auch einen separaten Waschraum. Parken. Drei der fĂŒnf Schlafzimmer befinden sich im Erdgeschoss - ein Doppelbettzimmer und zwei Zweibettzimmer.

Miguel the owner of the villa was very helpful and always on hand. Very good location for town and beaches. For 10 people the accommodation was big enough with a lovely pool, table tennis, and plenty of lounger beds.

Lovely villa in great location

We stayed in the villa for a golf trip with 8 adults. Plenty of space and a nice outdoor area overlooking the pool with a bbq. Area is a quiet urban area that’s about 5 mins walk to the amenities, bars and restaurants. Miquel was excellent host and dropped by once we had settled in and made sure everything was ok for us

Great villa with excellent pool, very close to beach, shops and restaurants. At the slightly quieter end of S'Arenal but still plenty going on. An ideal location for our group of adults and children (11 years down to 7 months)

Amazing location and hosts

The property is stunning, in a perfect location close to beaches, shops, pharmacies and bus stops with direct connections to the airport and the capital Palma. The hosts were super helpful and informative, and Miquel joined us for a drink during the week for a quick chat which was very kind. Thank you for the amazing experience!

Great villa

The villa is only a short walk to the beach, which is fantastic. The pool was great for kids, although not fenced, but this was not a problem for us as the grandkids are both water confident. We had a hire car so the driveway was very useful as beachgoers seem to park all around the area making it quite a tight squeeze at times. Miguel, the villa manager, was great before we arrived and his partner (business?) was there to greet us and show us around. We could not fault the villa and the beach area at all - fabulous.

Fantastic Villa and Superb Host

Dont think there is anything that could have improved, great location near to shops/beech, villa itself was great, kids spent most of the time in the pool while parents could sit and watch. Miquel went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, one of our party had a food allergy and Miquel provided alot of info and brought us some egg free bread. Would 100% return 10/10

Lovely location. Bedrooms a little small as was the kitchen. Should have been informed about the ant problem. Departure day cleaners and pool cleaner came before they should have. We could have still been using the pool. Pool was not cleaned all week.

The Villa is very close to the beach, shops, and restaurants which are only a 10-minute walk away (although the main supermarket is a little further 15 mins up hill). Palma and the wider local area are easily accessible through public transport and the water park is also very close by and well worth a visit. The villa is in a nice area and is shown in the pictures on the website. The pool area was great and the BBQ on the veranda was well-used by us. As a family group of 10 we had enough space and the host was excellent at sorting out the minor issues we had straight away during our stay (dripping air con unit in one room).

Fantastic stay at villa

Booked this villa for a surprise week away for my sisters 40th. Rooms are all clean and even though there was 10 of us there, there was plenty of space. Our boys 15 and 17 loved their "den" in the garden. Lovely clean pool at front of villa, a bit cold this time of year though !! Miquel, although we never actually met him, was lovely and even left champagne and a cake for our arrival. He is always available by phone or e-mail, great communication. We managed to see most of the island by hire car from here. Good location, right by the harbour and beach. Plenty of shops and restaurants, although because of time of year quite a few were shut. Still managed to find some good restaurants at night and gift shops in the day. Would love to return in the height of summer to really enjoy the pool and the lovely terrace on the first floor would be amazing for sun bathing. I highly recommend this Villa for your stay in Mallorca.

A fantastic holiday

Unfortunately our holiday time is over.The week at the villa was spectacular. We enjoved a fabulous break ,relaxed and peaceful in a marvelous villa situated in a very quiet aera near Palma. , Miquel,the owner,was always ready to help us during the week and any problem we had was immediately solved. We can say that all the features on the website,text and photos of the villa, are even better seeing the real thing.We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the villa. The surrounding aera of the house are great for having a quiet peaceful stroll by the sea . We really were able to have the rest that we were so looking forward to. The house has a good Wifi service and specially in the pool and covered terrace aera. It was a pleasure to be able to work a little each day on the wonderful terrace with the laptop. I'm sure we 'll repeat our stay next year for another week in villa Sol Veri. Many thanks, Miquel.

Comfortable Villa Close to Amenities

We stayed 1st week of April and are a family of 10 with mix of ages. Transfer - don’t use Hoppa. Didn’t have transfer ready and then dropped off in wrong location. On way back was 40 mins late and we nearly missed flight. Arrival - we were met at the property and shown around. Only issue with this is there is only 1 key given to you which might cause an issue in a big group. Location - villa is vey close to bars and restaurants. The area is predominantly German oriented so everything is geared towards this. Villa - spacious, never felt on top of each other, pool is good size but very cold (it was April). Could have done with a pool cover as leaves were constantly blown into pool. Outside bbq was great and rooms were good size and found all we needed in kitchens and bathrooms. Air con in all rooms. One of the rooms in in outbuilding which is where key was an issue as when house is locked up at night, the people staying in here could not access house. Comms - we had a couple of issues but Miquel was easily reached and dealt with these straight away. All in all we had a great time, villa was as described and we would definitely recommend. Although, we wouldn’t stay in S’arenal again as the area is geared towards German tourists and was not ‘authentically Spanish’.

Haus in super Lage

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Bis zum Strand sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder
