Diese beeindruckende minimalistische Villa mit 600 m² Wohnfläche, verteilt auf drei Etagen, bietet außergewöhnlichen Komfort, Großzügigkeit und exklusive Ausstattung – ideal für Familien und Gruppen, die einen luxuriösen Urlaub in privater Atmosphäre suchen.

Die Villa verfügt über 6 großzügige Schlafzimmer, 5 Badezimmer en suite sowie 2 zusätzliche Gästetoiletten.

Zwei 30 m² große Suiten mit Parkettboden, jeweils mit Schlafzimmer, privatem Bad und Arbeitsbereich.

Eine 40 m² große Suite mit Schlafzimmer, eigenem Bad und gemütlichem Wohnbereich.

Master-Suite mit begehbarem Kleiderschrank und luxuriösem Badezimmer mit Jacuzzi.

Great overall experience. Margalida is a great host and the whole weekend was pure joy. Bycicle rides to ElArenal, walk along the beach to Palma city. Pool Billard, a swim follow by a table tennis tournament. The bbq a dream and off to The beach for a sundowner. Gracias, I‘ll be back.

Stunning! The perfect place for a family gathering. Several private suites, tons of places to hang or entertain, everything well stocked. Excellent house, fabulous host

This is a fabulous holiday home, in a great neighbourhood not far from the airport with beach, shopping and a variety of restaurants within easy walking distance. Ubers are plentiful and reasonably priced for going into the city, and the wider road network is easily accessed for exploring the island. The pool area is great and the decked area provides welcome shade. The house is spotlessly clean and has great aircon. Margalida is a really exceptional host and has equipped the house with everything you will need for your stay. We have stayed in many houses all over the world and this is up there with the best.

Wonderful villa for a family holiday

The villa is absolutely stunning. Superbly located close to the beach, local amenities, bars and restaurants and just a short bus ride from Palma.The accommodation is extremely high spec with every possible detail taken care of - it's very spacious inside and lovely outside dining areas, a fabulous pool, terraces and areas to relax.It was spotlessly clean throughout and very secure.The hosts Margalida and Manel have thought of everything that a family would need for a perfect holiday and were always in touch with helpful information to ensure that we got the most out of our stay. I would thoroughly recommend as a perfect place for a family holiday - would love to go back sometime.

Perfect weekend for my Hen Party

We had an amazing time at this villa for my hen party. There were 9 of us in total and we had more than enough space in the bedrooms, communal areas, bathrooms etc. The heated pool was great (definitely needed for our March stay) The location was also perfect; a short walk to the beach, about 10-15 mins in Uber to the airport and the city centre. Margalida was really helpful before and during our stay. I would recommend this villa to everyone

Beautiful villa

I can’t say enough about what a wonderful time we had in Mallorca. The villa was beautiful and just as the pictures show and describe. Margalida communicated often and effectively. She made the check in process easy and showed us the villa in person. The villa was well appointed with everything you would need. The location was perfect and close to the beach and restaurants and grocery store within walking distance. Margalida was even so kind to leave us a few local treats and checked on us during our stay to see if we had any needs or issues. We are planning to stay again soon and would recommend the villa and hosts to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation.

Fun Weekend Away

We booked the villa for a long weekend with family and friends. Situated minutes walk from a beautiful beach with cafes, bars and restaurants there is also a number of supermarkets minutes away making it a fantastic location. The villa easily accommodated all three families with children of all ages ranging from 10 to 18 year old's. We all had our own space and bathrooms, all of which were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The villa not only offers ample space, but provides an endless amount of entertainment for adults and kids alike. We all had an amazing time and really didn't want to leave. The hosts are amazingly welcoming to allowing us to drop off all our bags ahead of check-in, spending time explaining how everything works and even arranging a fruit platter and champagne on arrival. It is a wonderful villa in a fantastic setting, both myself and all my guests would definitely recommend it!

All expectations surpassed when staying at this spectacular villa.

Excellent communication throughout. On arrival a very warm welcome and the Villa exceeded our expectations. Extremely well equipped with so many extras and immaculate. The Owner was incredibly responsive to all our questions whether about the Villa or about a variety of questions about Palma/ Majorca etc. The visit was truly memorable.

Excellent family holiday

We chose this property because of its location to the beach and Palma, and the amenities. We were not disappointed, the house was large enough for our group of adults and teens, providing a lot of entertainment. Everyone used the bikes to go to the beach and Palma, we played a lot of pool and ping pong, and overall had a fabulous time. Margalida was lovely from start to finish, recommending restaurants and sailing options. We were all very happy and hope to return!

Wonderful place!

We had wonderful days at the house. Even with snow, yes...unbelievable but true story, we could swim in the warm pool and had all amenities you can imagine. Thanks to Margalida for the perfect communication, the very warm welcome and having us as your guests. I guess it’s more fun if you enjoy the house & all the extras without small kids, maybe as a group, but still with a family it was a perfect fit for us! Recent villa stay

The house was absolutely spotless and Margalida was very welcoming upon arrival, helping with our luggage. Even had a beautiful fruit platter and Cava waiting. Throughout the stay if we needed anything from her she was immediately responsive & even helped us to book taxis when needed. The location of the villa was great - so close to the city centre, beach is less than 1 min walk and it feels like a nice authentic Spanish area with some great local restaurants. The house couldn’t have been cleaner and is very well maintained- it’s not been renovated recently however (although the pool seems newer). I would definitely highly recommend this villa

Fantastic Villa, Fantastic Host and Fantastic Area!!!!!

Upon arrival Margalida and Manel were at the Villa to greet us and show us how everything worked and give us a guided tour, this was very helpful and lead to a stress free holiday. As you can see from the pictures, the Villa is superb and comes equipped with everything you need and more, plus it is so close to the beach in one direction and to the supermarket in the other direction. The bikes provided at the villa are great, the bike path that runs all the way to Palma is a beautiful ride. The area has a number of excellent restaurants right next to the beach, everything in the local area is very relaxing, the local people are so friendly and are just another addition to this fantastic holiday location. We will most definitely be coming again.

White Glove Service!

From the moment we walked into the house we were in awe! We were met with an array of modern amenities and comfort. Our host made sure we understood how everything worked and even left us a wonderful welcome gift of fruit, champagne and a cake! Everything was spic and span including the gleaming pool. The beach is steps away with many restaurants and bars to chose from. Each was better than the next. The highlight of our trip was the dinner at Fernandos (recommended by Margalidqa!) We were comfortable and living in the lap of luxury. We hope to come back soon!

Magic stay in a fantastic house

This is definitely the best villa we have ever rented. Superior design, spacious, nice furniture, good surroundings and with all the conveniences you could wish for. The reality was even better then the pictures. The owners were extremely service minded. Both when booking and even letting us see the villa before, helped us with catering services and immediately fixed things when we contacted them. The house has a lovely location near the beach, nice restaurants and supermarkets and with only 20 minutes bicycling along the beach into Palma city center. All of our friends who stayed with us in the house were overwhelmed of the stay and the 50-years celebration couldn't have been more successful. Thank you Margalida, we will definitely come back!

Wonderful Hikiday

Just back from a fantastic stay. Hosts were nothing short of excellent - just could not have been more helpful pre/whilst at the Villa. The Villa is exactly as described & wears its c10 year build well. Literally all we needed & more was there with the well situated pool table a winner for the younger crowd who made great use of it! There’s nothing to fault with the accommodation at all. Location being 2’ equidistant from x2 supermarkets & beach was tremendous. Beach front bars for a quick pre-dinner sundowner were veey limited if that’s what youre looking for so was great the covered terrace & pool area could accommodate an easy wind down in comfort as an alternative.. Pool was flawlessly clean & a good size for our needs as a party of x8. All in all a great venue for a family/friends week away in the sun with every home comfort you could want. Amazing owner

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Owners: very responsive and helpful with everything. Made sure we enjoyed our stay and answered all questions promptly Kitchen: very well equipped, great terrasse, grocery store near, many restaurant options Toys: wow … pool table, ping pong, music, gaming room…. Considering we had many teenagers a huge olus. Bikes for everybody was an incredible feature and we could all go to Palma or near destinations. Location: great to go around Mallorca never far for day trips. More of a modern house so not as « tipico » but amenities compensate. Only caveat…. Not anybody’s fault but the immediate neighbour is under construction so can be loud in the morning…. Owner was so nice that they sent us a paella to compensate. Great stay. Highly recommend

Two Unforgettable Weeks

We came from Brazil, along with our entire family - sons, daughters in law and grandchildren - to spend two wonderful weeks in this gorgeous villa. The property is very well cared, and with high quality appliances and equipments. Everything you need is there, bicycles for everyone, toys for children, music room, apple TV, etc. The neighborhood is very quiet and familiar. You get everything within two steps away: sandy beach, supermarket, butchers, drugstore, and several restaurants. The bike path, by the sea, takes you to the historic center of Palma in 15 minutos. The owners are friendly and very helpful, making you feel as in your own home. The Island of Mallorca is safe, and there you will find water parks, beautiful beach with warm water, fantastic views, historic little towns, good restaurants and more. We thank the owners for these unforgettable days we spent in Mallorca, and we strongly recommend this villa to a family vacation.
