A spacious and well-appointed villa

A beautiful villa set into the side of a hill. We used the pool extensively. The decor was very contemporary and impressive. Altogether a luxurious setting. The electrical supply didn't cope with cooking - we had approximately 10 outages but only when kettle, hob & oven in use. There was no triggering activity as such - the system would just trip and take out all circuits, including the lights. We did have to be vigilant re mosquitos in the evenings, and conduct a physical extermination regime at bedtime. The vacuum cleaner was not good

fabulous Pollensa Villa

We have just returned from a wonderful week in the Villa Bonjour in Pollensa. Quite honestly we found no fault whatsoever with the accommodation. Unusually for the area, the villa is wonderfully modern with very high end fixtures and fittings. There is an unusually clean line approach taken in this villa with wonderful stone throughout. The terrace area was just second to none. The villa is so well located, just off the main road between the Old Town and the Port, so easy to access. The driveway however has a very steep gradient so not for the faint hearted! We quickly learned to cope with that however. There were only five of us staying in the villa which would comfortably 12, so it was a bit of a luxury for us, but quite honestly we have no hesitation in confirming that we will return. Comfortable beds, excellent bathrooms with wonderful rainfall showers with great water pressure. Interestingly also, no ants, which again is unusual for the area. I have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation to any potential clients. Dickenson Villas staff were helpful and very quick to respond to any contact so all good there. thank you Noelia and Aurora. Annie Dublin June 2026

Lovely 2 weeks in Pollensa as a family of 10

A modern, very comfortable house in the Pollensa hills, with an easy drive to the nearby beaches, shops and restaurants. The house itself comfortably served our group of 10 - each of the bedrooms and bathrooms giving people their own space. During the day the kids spent many hours in the pool, and we enjoyed congregating around the large outdoor dining table for our evening family meals. A huge shout out to the Dickinson Villas agency who were very responsive to our questions and any issues that came up. All in all, a lovely time to create wonderful family memories together! There were a few maintenance issues that came up initially which needed to get resolved (air conditioning, window shades, gas tank) - but thankfully the Agency was immediately responsive and sent someone out to fix the issues. For the amount the house cost, it would also be helpful to have some basic supplies in the house (rubbish bags, cleaning products, etc), which is what we usually find in other villas we’ve rented. Nothing that we couldn’t resolve on our own, but a suggestion for improvement for future guests.

Nice property over looking a beautiful view of Port Pollensa and the sea. Good location as only 10 minutes from the town. Pool was clean and warm as not too deep. Plenty of plates and cutlery. Maybe a welcome pack would be good as nothing in the kitchen when we first arrived. Air conditioning worked well in the heatwave which was much needed!
