Beautiful country-house, located on the hills, overlooking the city of Pescia, on the border of the medieval hamlet of Castelvecchio. The house disposes of a wonderful swimming pool, built in earth, 8m x 3m, depth: 1.20m and a big garden, which is completely fenced (the property is about 1’000 sqm).

Casa Toscana dates back to the year 1514; the owner restored it carefully and subdivided the house into 2 spacious apartments (the apartment located on the ground floor remains closed by renting only the apartment Terracotta). The big garden is at the exclusive disposal of the guests and equipped with a table, chairs, sun-umbrellas, sun-beds, barbeque and swimming pool (8m x 3m, depth 1.20m, salted water and heated with solar energy.

Both apartments can also be rented together (have communicating entrances, also internally) and have in total together: 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 2 kitchens. The quietness and peace of this spot is ideal for guests who look for a relaxed holiday within nature. Guests may go for a stroll, organize small excursions to the fascinating tiny hamlets, which are on the peaks of the mountains, such as Aramo or Sorana, Vellano and Castelvecchio.
The houses disposes of a stragetic position with regards to the art cities or beaches – they are within an easy reach by car or train (from the station of Pescia 11 km), for example Lucca 30 km, Pisa 65 km, Florence, 70 km, Forte dei Marmi 70 km, Montecatini Terme 21 km.

There is fine country Inn in 200m distance, groceries and supermarket in Pescia 11km, asphalted tennis court in 500m distance. There is a Roman church which dates back to the year 1000, only 200m from the property – it is one of the most beautiful churches of Tuscany, national monument.

The apartment lies on the 1st floor, with a separate entrance (internal staircase): kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee brewer, living-cum-dining with dining table, couch, big window-door with views onto the garden, 1 spacious double bedroom with 2 upholstered chairs, 1 double bedroom (bed can be divided on request), 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower (with seating capacity), wc, bidet, 1 bathroom with tub/shower, 2 basins, wc, bidet.

External room with washing machine in common use. The parking lies about 40m from the house, it is although possible to unload goods/luggage in front of the house.
