Situated in a family friendly area which is private and quiet on Mar Menor Golf Resort, 25 minutes from Murcia international Airport & 45 mins from Alicante. The villa has 3 bedrooms with a Kingsize bed, double bed & 2 singles and has been modernised downstairs and outside with an open plan living area and can accommodate 6 people. It is furnished to the highest standards with south facing garden, private heated swimming pool (additional charge at 30€ per day), BBQ & superb under terrace outdoor dining area.
The resort is peaceful, well maintained and very safe and secure. It is extremely popular with families, couples and golfers. At the centre of the resort is the 5 star rated hotel with five restaurants offering a delicious variety of local and international dishes, prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients and is just a short walk away. In the evening, the hotel often has entertainment, discos etc. The resort offers facilities for both golfers and families & guests can choose to play golf on the 18 hole course or at any of the other 10+ courses within 20 min drive. The villa is about 10 minutes drive from Los Alcazares, an authentic Spanish seaside resort with restaurants and shops and a beautiful beach promenade. The nearest beach is approximately 10 minutes drive . The Mar Menor is a large lagoon with 73 km of shoreline, this makes the water shallow and very family friendly. Cartagena and Murcia are all between 20-30 min drive by car and are great for culture and shopping. The beach of Pilar de la Horadada is within 30 minutes drive and boasts a large sandy beach with restaurants and bars, plenty of free parking and inflatables at peak times (wind dependent!)
