We had a lovely holiday. The villa was beautiful and ideal for a family holiday covering three generations. The photos and description are spot on. We have stayed at the resort many times (first time in this villa) and the pool is easily the biggest and the best we have had. The owner and the local property manager are very friendly and helpful and the communication was great throughout. We will definitely stay again

Beautiful large family villa , particularly lovely outdoor area with very large pool . Great area celebrating with family and friends. The villa had lots of great touches , basics in the bathrooms and kitchen meant our holiday was able to run smoothly . A true home from home. Our contact with Vanessa when we needed anything was excellent and timely. Contacting Barry and the updates during the time from booking to arrival was super personal and helped with the overall feel good factor. A fantastic 2 week celebration , even though our team did not win !

A very enjoyable stay

We had a very nice time at the apartment and enjoyed our stay. The resort management were very helpful and dealt with a couple of small issues we had very promptly when we first arrived. Would have no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone who is looking for a quiet relaxing break.

Villa as described Air conditioning kept leaking. Engineer did come straight away but the grand children’s room still leak through out the holiday. We did report it again. We kept a towel down incase kids slip over. We was out a lot so air con Was not used a lot.

I am sorry to hear that you had a problem with the air conditioning throughout your stay at the villa. An engineer did attend when you intially raised the issue with Vanessa, the villa manager, and he cleared the discharge pipe on one of the units. He also inspected the other ac units whilst at the villa. As far as he is aware all the ac units were operating correctly when he left. The quandary is that more than one ac unit was reported as leaking at the same time (which is unusal as they are seperate units) and the susequent quests have made no mention of leaking ac units inferring that the problem stopped when you left the villa. I can only conclude that you may have been operating the units at very low temperature's which can lead to water leaks. Setting an air conditioner temperature too low can cause it to leak as it can lead to freezing of the indoor evaporator coil, causing ice to form which subsequently melts producing large amounts of excess water. Vanessa has mentioned that blankets were on the beds at check out which tends to reinforce the idea that the ac units were probably set at a very low temperature. This is something I have not come across before but thank you for making me aware of this possible problem regarding low temperature operation of the ac units. I will ensure that future guests are made aware of this issue.

Lovely villa with plenty of space and good sized pool. Was very peaceful and relaxing. Good communication with booking from the owner, thank you. We ate in the plaza at Los Alcazares where there are many restaurants and also at restaurants a 2 min drive from villa.

Fantastic villa

Me and my family had a great 2 weeks in this villa, it had everything you need and just a 10 min drive to los alcazares for the beach and loads of restaurants and bars. There are also plenty of really good restuarants just outside the complex. The very large pool was amazing in this weather and they cleaned it at least 4 times while we were there. Overall we all enjoyed the stay and would whole heartedly recommend it.

Perfect stay

First time staying in Mar Menor as we normal are in El Valle, but the Villa and location is much better for us here. The pool is big and perfect for the 7 of us to enjoy with loads of space. The outside dining and bbq was perfect along with all the space inside for us all. Well equipped and just what we needed. Would recommend and stay again for sure. Thanks for letting us stay Barry.

Lovely spacious villa on a wonderful resort - very quiet but with facilities near by. Good communication with the owner and simple instructions to access the property . The best part of the property is the outside space ! Lovely size pool and large terrace - some covered so you can get out of the sun ! Some aspects are a little tired but doesn’t impact the stay

Great Resort and Location

We had a great holiday with family - the pool is large and very clean - a real essential in the heat. The villa has really comfy beds and plenty of crockery and utensils for bbq and stay at home meals. It’s a 15 minute walk to the busy areas of the resort and located in a beautiful and quiet area. The outdoor areas of the villa exceeded our expectations however the interior is a little dated in places (bathrooms and general decor) but this didn’t affect our enjoyment overall. We would recommend.

Beautiful Villa

Absolutely beautiful villa with everything you need for a fabulous holiday, we have stayed in a few over the years and this is by far the best one. The pool was a great hit with all of us adults and children alike and having it heated was a massive bonus. Barry was brilliant answered any questions quickly and also rang a few days before we went to check things with us. Will definitely use this villa again if we return to Mar Menor and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends and family - stayed from June 22nd to June 29th

Great location for exploring and staying in

We had a multinational group of 6 Adults our 17 year old daughter and 8 month grandchild. The Villa was perfect for all of us and we had an amazing time. The Villa and especially the pool and outside areas were great and we used regularly. The younger members of the group wanted to go to the beaches more and lots of really nice beaches within 10-15 mins so they could go whenever they wanted. The road access to places is good and we spent days out at many different places both along the coast and into Murcia. Overall great time and we were all sad to leave
