Stunning 2 bed, 1.5 bath Villa with heated pool & air conditioning on the popular 5* Mar Menor Golf Resort in Murcia. Very modern with a new front elevation upper balcony with glass balustrade & aluminium furniture in 2026. New room leading to the pool via sliding glass doors. The Villa is in a quiet position yet only a few mins walk on site to the resorts main facilities inc 1st & 18th tees, driving range, bars, restaurants & clubhouse. New for 2026 - Brand new Mitsubishi air conditioning system installed in the lounge & bedrooms, new bed in main bedroom, boiler, oven & hob, fridge freezer & microwave. All the exterior landscaping including pool tiling has been replaced with a much more modern look as well as brand new aluminium outdoor furniture. The pool has also been re-tiled & grouted for the 2026 season. The property enjoys free Wifi, Smart TV with Netflix & Prime + international TV stations. Only 25 minutes from Murcia RMU airport, 1 hour from Alicante airport & only 5-10 minutes drive to stunning beaches. The on site 18 hole golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus is a major plus for the resort & perfect for Golf enthusiasts. It’s a golfers paradise with over 30 courses to choose from in the Murcia region! The local cities of Cartagena (20 mins) & Murcia (35mins) are great places to visit. The property is located in one of the best places on the resort close to the main facilities. Ask for a quote on pool heating as the outdoor temperature determines the warmth of the pool i.e lower ambient temp is cooler in winter so more heating is required. For security purposes we have a Ring doorbell by the front door & a camera down the side of the house pointing towards the entrance gate. We’ve never had any crime & the resort is incredibly safe with 24-7 patrolling security. There’s also 2x manned barrier systems at the gatehouses. Check out our great reviews!

We had a lovely stay! The heated pool was nice and a good size for relaxing. The place itself was quiet and peaceful, which made for a nice getaway. The only downside was the squeaky double bed, but it didn’t spoil our stay. There’s also a convenient supermarket within walking distance, which was really handy. Communication with the host was excellent—quick and friendly throughout. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay!

Stunning property in a beautiful location. As a family of 4 we wanted somewhere that would be suitable for young kids whilst we were in the area for a wedding.The villa was fantastic and the attention to detail and pool area was amazing.We were obviously expecting to have a fantastic time, but it was even better than we thought.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa. The villa was spacious, tastefully decorated and well equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday.The highlight was definitely the private, heated pool. It was warm, beautifully maintained and totally private; perfect for early morning swims and evening dips.We’d absolutely recommend this villa for anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious break in the sun!

Gorgeous villa with heated pool

The villa is situated on a gorgeous golf resort, is spotlessly clean and had everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Lovely comfy couch and a smart tv, air con which was surprisingly quiet and each room had a separately controlled unit. Would definitely recommend choosing to stay in this lovely villa!

I cannot recommend this villa highly enough. Really well equipped with a lot of homely touches. Pool is excellent with a lot of areas to sit outside. The closed in terrace at the rear is excellent, the glass all opens up and brings the outside in and was a nice place to sit at night. The Mar Menor golf resort is immaculate and extremely safe. We shall return!

Great villa

Great Villa with everything you need. Just a few minutes walk to the driving range, clubhouse bar and hotel. Very quiet and a small driveway that you can use. Great communication from the owners. Been to this resort many times and more bars and restaurants are now opening on the outside boulevard. Bayside and Tikka and Tacos were particularly good.

This is a superb, modern villa that's been very nicely decorated and furnished. We had a really enjoyable stay here. It's well equipped with everything you could need - from all the appliances, to the kitchenware and beach towels and the Alexa in the patio/pool area is a great touch. It was hot when we went and the air con keeps the place nice and cool. The pool is a good size and the surrounding area has recently been refurbished and looks amazing. The villa is situated on a quiet street and is just a few minutes walk from the clubhouse/bar. Rob has been a great host and along with Jayne, the property manager, have been easily contactable for any queries we had.

Lovely well maintained villa

Lovely modern villa with beautiful heated pool and relaxing seating area outside with tablet and access to music. Well equipped kitchen, air con in both bedrooms and downstairs which was essential in the heat of summer. Windows and doors had built in mosquito nets as well. Jayne checked us in and was on hand to help throughout our stay. We also had regular contact with Rob who suggested some fantastic restaurants for us to try. All in all a wonderful stay.

Family vacation at Mar Menor Golf

Excellent villa, superb location and great size pool. The villa is furnished to a very high standard and has everything you would wish for ..plenty of towels. 😀 The owner was very helpful and responded very quickly with any questions as was the local property manager who maintained the swimming pool. Immaculately clean villa with a superb glass exterior which can be fully opened. Highly recommended this villa as we have stayed at Mar Menor golf many times over the years and this is one of the very best.

Perfect property

Lovely property that is very well equipped. Didn’t feel anything was missing or required.The ceiling fans as well as air con in the bedrooms made nights so much more comfortable. Very well decorated and lovely touches like throws for cooler evenings or days. I highly recommend this property for a very comfortable stay. The pool was lovely too. Very clean, not cold and very inviting

Amazing stay!

The property was as described on Vrbo. Perfect location and facilities needed for the stay. Rob was a great host and easy to contact for any questions we had, as was the property manager. We all enjoyed having the pool. Its in the shade up to 11am ish and after 3pm ish. This was perfect for us, as the girls hate wearing suncream so had plenty of time in the pool before the sun hit it. Each room has aircon. The bonus was having an Alexa in the pool room. Thanks for a great stay Kelly and Rob.

Superseded expectations

This was a last-minute request (the night before) but this did not put off the hosts and the villa was so good. We were met by Jayne who gave us the keys and went above and beyond to make us feel very welcome leaving her phone number 'just in case'. As soon as we entered the villa it smelt fresh, clean and we could not find a speck of dust anywhere. The pool is a fantastic temperature and a good size. We stayed in April and the glass enclosed area at the back of the villa was perfect when the weather was not sunny but the 'glass curtains' can be easily removed. A great little supermarket on site and a quiet part of the resort. We have stayed in another villa on the same resort and we had two loud dogs as neighbours but not on this street, the loudest noise we heard was the small birds! The owners have clearly invested in this villa and to a high standard. Highly recommend.

Perfect house

Communication with the owner throughout the booking process and during the stay was excellent - questions answered and helpful suggestions about the area. The house is lovely, clean, and was well equipped with everything we needed. The porch area was perfect for some shade during the day, and the pool is larger than expected - all 4 of us could have a swim at the same time. Air conditioning throughout. Plenty of crockery/utensils in the kitchen. Washing horse. Smart tv. Tablet with Alexa, which was a nice touch. The couple who manage the property were lovely, and available if needed. The onsite shop has a great selection, and the resort itself felt very safe and is beautifully kept. The restaurants just outside the resort gates are also very nice (Bay Side in particular was excellent). We would absolutely come back.

Smashing property with lots to offer

We had a very enjoyable stay at the property. Was clean, modern and had just about everything we could have needed. The pool was cleaned twice whilst we were there, but we did have to buy some larger towels for our use. The weather was perfect BBQ weather but one wasn’t available at the time, we did try to use a disposable one but couldn’t get it to light!!! We made use of the dishwasher and washing machine which were handy and the rooms were cooled quickly when the air con was used. We enjoyed our two weeks and would recommend the property for anyone else looking to stay that way. Things to add for future would be more towels, a BBQ and an electric charge point for any electric vehicles and a visitor book so we can share experiences of nearby restaurants and activities with other guests. The host was quick to respond to queries as were the caretakers who lived close by.

Many thanks for your kind review of our villa. We’re really glad you all had a nice time. We do provide large beach towels in the pool room cupboard for use around the pool, we hope you found them. We don’t advertise the villa with a BBQ as keeping them clean is extremely difficult & wouldn’t want new guests to find it in a mess from previous guests. We usually recommend a disposable one from the local Spar shop which people have used without any issues. An EV point is a great idea and we’re also considering the installation of solar panels to go with it. Once again many thanks for staying at our villa and hope to see you again.

Très bon séjour

Un bon très séjour où le propriétaire prends soin de nous demander si tout va bien pendant notre séjour. Une personne est présente pour nous donner les clés à notre arrivée; la piscine est bien nettoyée 1 fois par semaine et la maison est très agréable et propre. L'endroit est situé au calme car loin du centre du resort. A 15 minutes environ de San Pedro del Pinatar pour celles et ceux qui connaissent un peu la région. Donc pas trop loin tout en étant au calme.

Merci, we’re so glad you enjoyed the villa and hope to see you again very soon. Just to clarify for people to understand, the villa is only a few minutes walk from the front door to the many bars & restaurants on the resort as well as the 1st & 18th greens ⛳️

The property was presented in excellent order prior to guest arrival. Within 24 hours they were arguing with the neighbour on Christmas Eve which we had to contact security to calm them down. The property was left with damages and dog hairs everywhere and walls scuffed.

We love the area, that’s why we have purchased several properties here on the 5 Star Mar Menor Golf Resort. The region of Murcia is fantastic with stunning white sand beaches close by. The Mar Menor sea is the biggest saltwater lagoon in Europe and is home to lots of wildlife including pink flamingos which is a beautiful sight. We love the area as it feels typically Spanish. It’s also a Golfers paradise with over 30 golf courses in the Murcia region.

The climate all year round is very warm, even in winter the temperatures are still quite high compared to other parts of Spain. It’s very accessible with great infrastructure to get around and has 2 local airports in Region De Murcia & Alicante. It’s also only 5-10 minutes drive to the beaches!

The quiet location is perfect but still only a few minutes walk on the resort to the main facilities. The heated pool is an obvious benefit compared to the many properties that don’t have a pool heater so it can be made warm even in winter•The property also benefits from full air conditioning. A brand new pool room has been created with glass curtains that has transformed the outdoor pool area along with new tiling and landscaping all around the property. If you want to venture out there’s a great variety of bar’s & restaurants on site as well as the Golf Clubhouse and Pro shop. The 1st & 18th tees plus driving range are just around the corner on foot (less than 5 minutes). Fantastic beaches are only a short 5-10 minute drive away. If you want to be pampered there’s also a day spa on site with indoor heated pool and sauna / steam room. Kids won’t be bored with the on site crazy golf, paddle tennis courts & gym classes available.
