Best place in Barcelona to stay!!

My friends and I had a fantastic time staying here. The excellent location allowed us to take the metro or walk to our destination easily. The apartment layout was perfect for a group of 10 women, and we never had issues with space. The owner is also very kind and helpful and responds quickly. If you are thinking of visiting Barcelona in the near future, I would 1000% recommend this place for your stay.

The stay was great and the host was kind. The location is amazing. A short walk to La Sagrada Família and Casa Batlo and Casa Mila. Also, a short ride away from Parc Güell and Montjüic. You can see the top of sagrada family from the balcony of two rooms. Comfortably slept 7. I will say it is on the third floor and there is stairs so keep that in mind! A lot of cafes and restaurants in the area! Brunchit and Bar Anita were amazing

Family Vacation

Overall, we enjoyed a lot of aspects about this property - the location is great! The biggest problem was the limited amount of hot water for showers. Two 10-minute showers, then had to wait at least an hour. Also, apartment was up on third floor, no elevator and first floor was two floors up.

Der Kontakt Leute haben uns auf der Straße gelassen bis 2 Uhr nacht wegen Torestensteuer ,weil den link die sie uns geschickt haben war ungünstig, deshalb konnten wir das Geld nicht überweisen.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, groß und komfortabel eingerichtet. Sie liegt super zentral und direkt an einer Bushaltestelle – perfekt, um Barcelona zu erkunden. Unser Host war ausgesprochen zuvorkommend, hat immer schnell auf unsere Fragen reagiert und war sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Logement correct et conforme SAUF qu'il est équipé d'un système de détection du bruit non déclaré alors que nous aurions dû être informés au préalable.Surtout, ce système est intrusif, l'un des détecteurs dans une chambre ce qui est juste illégal.Et cerise sur le gâteau, il ne fonctionne pas puisqu'il se déclenche de manière intempestive sans qu'il y ait nécessairement du bruit. Cela déclenche des appels, des whatsapp d'un "pseudo service de sécurité" pour nous alerter et dire que des gens se sont plaints du bruit. C'est faux, il n'y a eu aucune plainte de voisins avec qui nous avons pris soin de vérifier.C'est arrivé 3/4 fois et cela a gâché notre séjour. A chaque fois, on avait peur de parler, de mettre de la musique. Totalement à côté de la plaque.

This is a measure introduced after numerous complaints from neighbors, and it also serves as a way to protect our guests and ensure everyone can enjoy a peaceful stay. The device only monitors noise levels (not conversations or activities) and, when they exceed a certain threshold, it automatically notifies our emergency team. If the noise persists, our team may contact the guests directly and, if necessary, attend the property. In your case, this happened because there were repeated complaints from neighbors about noise during your stay. We understand this may have caused inconvenience, but we are obliged to follow the community rules and local regulations.
