THE APARTMENT

Latina Center is located in the La Latina neighborhood, right on the streets where El Rastro—the largest antiques market in Spain—takes place. Feel like a true Madrileño by visiting it every Sunday.

This fantastic apartment is an attic-style loft with an upper level featuring a 135 cm bed. In the living room, you’ll find a comfortable sofa, dining table, and a smart TV.

The apartment also includes a full bathroom with a modern shower and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing hearty meals during your temporary stay in Madrid.

The kitchen is equipped with: ceramic hob, fridge and freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, cooking utensils, pots and pans, plates, glasses, cutlery…

Additional amenities include: complimentary welcome toiletries, free Wi-Fi, bed linens, and towels.

The apartment is fitted with both heating and air conditioning, so you can enjoy the perfect temperature all year round.





THE AREA

Despite being in the city center, it is a very quiet area—ideal for a longer stay in Madrid.

The neighborhood offers all necessary amenities: supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, bars...

Puerta del Sol is just a 15-minute walk away.





HOW TO GET HERE

From the Airport (Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas):

Take Line 8 towards Nuevos Ministerios and transfer to Line 6 towards Laguna. Get off at Diego de Leónand switch to Line 5 towards Casa de Campo.

Get off at La Latina station and walk to the provided address.

From Atocha:

Take Line 1 towards Pinar de Chamartín. Get off at Gran Víaand transfer to Line 5 towards Casa de Campo.

Get off at La Latina station and walk to the provided address.

From Chamartín:

Take Line 1 towards Valdecarros. Get off at Gran Vía and transfer to Line 5 towards Casa de Campo.

Get off at La Latina station and walk to the provided address.

GETTING AROUND

The closest metro station is La Latina(Line 5), just a few minutes' walk away.





IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The apartment is located on the third floor of a building without an elevator.

There are skylights in the apartment that do not have blinds or blackout curtains, so we recommend bringing a sleep mask if you are sensitive to morning light.

The bed is on an upper level, and access is not suitable for guests with limited mobility. A certain level of agility is required to reach this area.

Cribs are available to rent for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one in advance by contacting the host prior to your arrival.

Tenants will be required to present a valid ID and credit card upon check-in.

Parties or similar events are not allowed in the apartment.

To access the apartment, you will need a smartphone with internet connection.

The tenant will be required to sign a temporary rental agreement. This contract will reflect the original booking conditions and must specify the rental period, confirming that the purpose of the stay is not for permanent residence or use as a primary home. It must also include the tenant’s permanent address (registered residence) and the reason for the temporary rental.
