Located on the 2nd floor with stairs access, our studio is a gateway to the authentic Madrid experience. Whether you're a culture enthusiast, a foodie, or a fashion lover, our prime location for an unforgettable stay in the heart of Spain's vibrant capital.

The living space features a comfortable double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a work desk.

The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals.

The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including a bathtub. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The studio is located just 3 minutes walk from the metro station "La Latina", 11 minutes walk from the famous "Plaza Mayor" and "Puerta del Sol" and "Gran Via" In a great location to enjoy the heart of Madrid, close to theaters, museums, and the famous "Rastro Madrileño" which is every Sunday.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, La Latina, is just a 3 -minute walk.

Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport is a 28-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
