The entrance to the Houseboat-Apartment is located at street level. Upon entering through the main entrance, you will access a central hallway leading to the fully equipped kitchen area, living room, bathroom, and bedrooms with wardrobe space.

The stylishly furnished living room features a large dining table, a comfortable spacious sofa, beautiful canal views, and direct access to the generous private terrace.

The apartment also includes a flat-screen TV with cable channels and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property.

From the hallway, you will also have access to the modern bathroom, which is equipped with a double sink, walk-in shower, and toilet.

This luxury Houseboat-Apartment features a comfortable king-size bed in the master bedroom, while the second bedroom is equipped with two single beds.

The Houseboat-Apartment is conveniently located only an approximately 8-minute walk from Amsterdam Central Train Station, which offers excellent direct train connections to and from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport.

In addition, tram and bus stops are situated just around the corner, providing convenient connections to most major attractions and areas of interest throughout Amsterdam.

The owner or designated property manager of the property will contact you directly to coordinate your arrival and check-in.

Please note that late check-in after 8:00 PM may be possible in consultation with your host and may be subject to an additional fee of EUR 30.00.

Occupancy of the houseboat is generally intended for:
• preferably a maximum of 3 adults; or
• 2 adults and 2 children.

Occupancy involving 4 adults may only be considered after prior review and explicit approval by the property owner and is generally only accepted for families or similar family compositions.

A refundable security deposit of EUR 500.00 is required for incidentals.

Security Deposit Procedure:
After receiving the final reservation confirmation, the payment details may be securely stored but will not be charged or authorized for the deposit unless the owner or property manager makes a claim.

The owner or property manager has up to 14 days after checkout to report and assess any damages or extraordinary additional costs related to the stay.

Depending on the nature and extent of any damages, additional charges may apply and may exceed the security deposit amount if necessary.
