Essplatz, Küchenzeile, ein Hauptschlafzimmer, ein Wohn- / Schlafzimmer und ein geräumiges helles Badezimmer. Großer Südbalkon mit Blick ins Grüne.

Das Hotel liegt in einer besonderen, malerischen Straße im aufstrebenden Stadtteil Noord. The Guardian schrieb einen Artikel, Suche nach 'Guardian' und 'Nieuwendammerdijk'. Bestehend aus antiken, alten und modernen Elementen versuchten wir, ein vielseitiges, gemütliches und persönliches Interieur zu schaffen. Das Haus selbst war freistehend und wurde 1912 von der berühmten Werftfamilie de Vries Lentsch erbaut.

Über die Treppe gelangen Sie in die 1. Etage mit einem großen Verbindungsgang, einem Esstisch und einer Küchenzeile, die zum Frühstück / Mittagessen mit einer Nespresso-Maschine, einem Sandwichmaker und einem Mikrowellen-Kombiofen ausgestattet ist.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer mit Blick auf den Nieuwendammerdijk verfügt über ein bequemes Doppelbett. In dem geräumigen Wohn- / zweiten Schlafzimmer kann der ausziehbare Reisebus leicht in ein komfortables Doppelbett umgewandelt werden. Wenn Sie die Chaiselongue anheben, finden Sie frische Bettdecken. Das Zimmer verfügt über einen Fernseher und einen großen Südbalkon mit Blick auf die Gärten und unseren ältesten Stadtpark "Het Vliegenbos".

Das komfortable helle Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne, eine offene Dusche, ein Waschbecken und ein WC. Es ist neu mit einem rohen Betonboden und einem großen Fenster mit Blick auf das Grün. Saubere Handtücher sind vorhanden.

Der Haupteingang geht in den Flur. Hinter einer der Türen (16 Stufen) gelangen Sie in die vollständig abgeschlossene Wohnung.

In der Nähe befindet sich ein professioneller Wäscheservice. Sie können auch eine geringe Gebühr verwenden.

Es gibt kostenloses WLAN.

Wir servieren kein Frühstück. Meist werden biologische Grundlagen wie Kaffee, Tee, Müsli und Erdnussbutter angeboten. Bei besonderen Wünschen lass es mich wissen.

Für Babys gibt es einen Hochstuhl und ein faltbares Kinderbett mit Bettwäsche.

Wir wohnen im Erdgeschoss und im Keller und helfen Ihnen gerne, zusätzlichen Service zu bieten, wo Sie das Beste aus Ihrem Amsterdam-Aufenthalt brauchen.

Willemijn’s flat was all we hoped it would be. It was a quiet respite from the hubbub of Amsterdam and yet close enough by train or bus that we didn’t miss a thing on our visit to this wonderful city. We were there for a week with our teenage grandson. Thank you for a great stay.

The unit was extremely clean, very beautiful, spacious, and the host was great; the checkin was smooth and efficient. Everything was excellent. My wife was thrilled with the unit and the location; her first trip to Amsterdam. I highly recommend this place. About 12 min walk to metro station; so very easy to get to centraal station (1 stop) Very quiet and relaxing option compared to the chaos of the central area.

Very cute residential street. Property owner lives downstairs and is very lovely / accommodating. Perfect for 3 people (one large double bed and one sofa bed). Hair dryer and kitchen stuff were great. Only wish there was a toaster and if staying for longer a washing machine would have been helpful but not necessary for shorter stays.

This was a perfect place for me and my dad to stay. Flat is in a lovely, quiet area just outside of the centre of Amsterdam. Very easy to get to using the train. The flat is comfy and cosy and kitchen has everything you need. The supermarket is only 15 min walk away and we enjoyed the pizza from the place at the end of the road. The host met us at the flat at the agreed time and showed us around the flat which is much nicer than the usual key code you usually get. I would definitely stay here again if Im lucky enough to visit Amsterdam again.

Willemijn’s flat was simply perfect! From her warm welcome upon our arrival, to the bright & airy space itself, we were delighted with our stay. Clean, comfortable and well-appointed with all the amenities one could need. Loved the hot shower overlooking the treetops. The balcony was a special retreat to listen to birdsong well into the evening. The whimsical art & decor just added to the experience. The neighbourhood was nice to explore & quiet at night and only a short walk to public transit. We tried out Cafe ‘t Sluisje & the pizza restaurant nearby which were great recommendations from our host. We truly hope we get the chance to return again someday.

Perfect Stay in Noord

Willejmin was an incredible host! Traveling around the Netherlands via public transportation was a breeze as a bus stop and the metro was just minutes from the property. The space was so cozy and inviting, with excellent natural light, big windows and a nice deck to relax. Our entire stay was lovely thanks to a great place to rest after a long day!

My family and I had the best stay in Willemijn loft. It was the perfect place for my family and I (4 year old twins) to be. The neighbourhood is quiet with close proximity to playgrounds, grocery, metro, and local restaurants. We rented bicycles from a local spot and that gave us easy access to everything. Willemijn was a great host - very responsive and accommodating. She responded quickly to inquiries.

Treasure in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown

Wonderful

We loved our short stay at Willemijn's lovely apartment top floor apartment. The location was a 10 minute walk to the metro station which was one stop from Amsterdam City Central. The apartment was clean, cozy, and stocked with everything needed. The balcony overlooking the garden and greenspace was wonderful. Willemijn was a wonderful host. Would definitely stay again!

Clean and Cozy

Cute little apartment within walking distance to the metro! We were easily able to get to the city center to explore. The apartment was the perfect place to relax and wind down after a long day. Nice property and very helpful owner

Spacious suite of living room with guest bed, large bedroom, large bath and kitchenette with dining table. Owner instructions are clear and complete. Owner was VERY helpful, even volunteering to shop for Apple power devices when ours didn’t work. I recommend it.

We received a great welcome. Special requests for special bedding were fulfilled immediately. The apartment was very tastefully and comfortably furnished. We found everything we needed for the weekend. Even a capsule coffee machine. But we always ate on the go.

Perfect little apartment

This was a perfect little apartment just a short commute (1 Metro stop and a 10 minute walk) from Amsterdam Centraal Station. It's up 1 flight of stairs in a residential neighborhood but just down the street from several good restaurants/bakeries. The kitchen has everything you need to make a meal including some pantry staples (a huge bonus). The bathroom included a big soaking tub which was awesome. Both the bed and sofa sleeper were very comfortable. We will absolutely stay here again when we come back to Amsterdam.

Great Neighborhood

Host was wonderful and helpful with tip to get around. The little pub down the street was friendly and the food great at a very good price. It was easy to get into Central Amsterdam, however you probably only want to do it once a day. We found that after a day in the Central City we were too tired to return at dinner time. Dining choices near the flat are plentiful and very good. Pizza down at the corner, and a 10+ minute walk to Lowlander is well worth the effort. Flat was clean, neat, comfortable and well equipped.

Home Away from Home

This lovely property was more than enough room for the 3 of us. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and looking into the lovely back yards and treed area. Nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Only issue was we decided to walk from the station , hauling our luggage. The bumpy brick road and the heat made for an arduous walk- take an Uber- it is a long way….but well worth it! Friendly people, great uber drivers (once we figured out the system) make this a very wonderful place to stay- away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Would definateky book again.

Fantastic stay in North Amsterdam

We just completed a lovely 3-night stay at this property. Willemijn was a wonderful host, and her place met all of our needs and expectations. Situated in North Amsterdam, it only takes about 10 or 12 minutes to walk to the nearest metro station, and from there it’s a short ride (one stop) to Amsterdam Centraal. After long days of sightseeing, we found the calm and quiet atmosphere of Willemijn’s neighborhood to be the perfect respite for a little downtime and a good nights’ sleep. We were particularly enamored with the second floor balcony, where we could enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine while taking in the charming view of the gardens behind her home. It felt safe and secure, with plenty of privacy. We took the entire upstairs area, which can be locked away from the rest of the house if you like. The kitchen was well-appointed and had everything we needed to prepare meals for ourselves when we wanted to. All in all, this was a great find and we’re happy to give Willemijn a strong recommendation. Thank you!

We stayed in Willemijin’s lovely little apartment this past week while we attended a world event our daughter was involved in. Location was great and a really nice break after a long day but it was still super convenient to the metro which was easy to take and we rode it everywhere. Get a GVB multi-day pass and can purchase them at the airport or at each metro station (or online). Our host was really kind and informative about the area. She met us as we checked in and the apartment had everything we needed, beds were comfy and shower was hot. Unfortunately, the weather was dreary and rainy all week but of course you can’t predict that and we still saw all the things, umbrellas were a must and you can buy them anywhere. We spent lots of time downtown and in Zuid where the events where, did a canal cruise, experienced This is Holland, took the train to spend a day in Haarlem, walked through Madam Tussaud's and visited the Artis Zoo. Dispute the weather, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend staying here for comfort, convenience, quiet and kindness. Thank you Willemijin!
