Nice and modern beach apartment, just a few steps from Los Cristianos beach and a few minutes from the wonderful Las Vistas beach. It also has a magnificent pool, an ideal apartment to enjoy a quiet and relaxed holiday by the sea, close to everything. You can enjoy the sun throughout the year, the pleasant atmosphere of this area and beautiful walks along the beautiful Los Cristianos promenade and its different beaches.



The apartment is very nice, practical and comfortable, equipped with everything you need for a good stay. It is very bright and spacious. Perfect for couples or small families. It has a sofa bed and we also have a cot and high chair if necessary.



The apartment has a bedroom, a bathroom, a nice independent kitchen and a living-dining room, as well as a terrace with views of the pool.

It has TV and Wi-Fi.



The location is great and has a wide variety of services in the area, restaurants, shops, cafeterias, supermarkets, etc. In the center of Los Cristianos you have everything you need, it is also close to the TF-1 for easy access to other points of interest and to get to know the island.



In short, a great apartment for a great vacation in one of the best areas in the south of Tenerife.

Excellent response from host. Clean throughout. Comfortable bed.Stayed 11 nights.Central to everything. Shops nearby.Only reason not 100% due to no sun all day on balcony. May be due to feb visit. We were very pleased with our accomadation at Cris Sol.The apartment was modern and spootless.Nice balcony overlooking the pool and all appliances(even parasols for the beach).Perfect location for shops and restaraunts(1 minute away)Very quiet position considering so very close the the centre of the town.The pool was fantastic..large clean and probably the best pool weve ever used anywhere.Large showers and lots of space for sunbathing.The groundsman/maintenance is tending every day.

We would return

The property is in an excellent location and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was excellent and we were met outside the complex and shown to the property. It’s not perfect and could do with some ‘tweaks’ but we have enjoyed our stay.

Great Location

When we arrived at the apartment there was a large bottle of water left in the fridge and shampoo and shower gel supplied for the shower. Wi Fi was great but we could have done with some instructions for the washing machine. Most days we were the only people at the pool with plenty of beds and umbrellas available. The main beach was 3 or 4 minutes walk away with loads of cafes and restaurants all along the beach front. 10 minutes walk along the beachfront brought you to Playa de las America if you wanted a livelier time. Hopefully we will be back in Margaritas apartment soon.

Well Located Comfortable Apartment

The apartment is in a convenient central location, but it is very peaceful with little noise. It was clean and comfortable and everything worked. There were no instructions on how to operate appliances. I worked out the television and it does have the ability to play Netflix and Amazon Prime for those who are members. The pool area was very quiet with no problems getting a sun bed. Overall a pleasant stay. To get Wi-Fi I scanned a QR code on the Wi-Fi box, but there were no instructions on this

The apartment was in a secure gated location, quite pool with plenty sun beds, but not comfortable hard plastic you do need padded covers but none were made available, most occupants seemed to be permanently living on site and were very friendly, the location for bars restaurants beach etc very good, the apartment shower area sorry was a bit tired the tray and shower screen were mouldy and the pressure from shower could be better, the windows and shutter rattled loudly in the wind we had to find ways to jam them to get some sleep, kitchen facilities were good living area good, TV did try to use this but no instructions were made available so could not figure out how to use the tv, For the price it was ok just expected a bit more for the money. A few tweaks this could be a superb apartment.
