The property was great! It had amazing sea views from the large balcony and the apartment itself had everything you would need. It was a friend and I that stayed in the apartment and there were two clean and well made single beds, a large tower fan and a ceiling fan, which was good because the temperature during our stay was off the scale hot! My friend was arriving in Tenerife before me and Sam was very accommodating and managed to ensure that she could check in early so that she wasn’t hanging about. The only one really minor issue was that I stored my suitcase under my bed during my stay and when I pulled it out to go home it was a little grubby, otherwise the apartment was very clean! I would highly recommend this lovely studio apartment!

Fantastic studio

Just spent a week in this lovely studio, spotlessly clean, fantastic location and surrounded by great restaurants and bars. Beautiful clean complex, fab pool area and bar, will be returning as soon as we can next year so highly recommended

Lovely quiet area. Fantastic large balcony. Apartment clean and comfortable. Everything you might need is provided. Hosts very helpful, communication great.No complaints at all. I enjoyed a relaxing 8 days here and wish it could have been twice as long. Next time maybe?

Great property, lovely location, clean and tidy, well recommended.

We visited the property 01-09-17 - 08-09-17 had a great time, property was lovely, clean and tidy. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the apartment. Really nice balcony, lovely to sit out for breakfast. Pool area is lovely and modern - always very quiet and lots of space so we were never crowded. The apartment is a bit of a walk up the hill from Los Cristianos beachfront, however we did not mind at all - only approx. 10 minutes and is well worth staying up here if you like peace and quiet. Thank you Sam & Dave for a great trip - we would definitely visit again.

Das Apartment war super,der Balkon mit Meerblick phantastisch,zum nächsten Supermarkt 100 m,Bushaltestelle 500 m,zum Strand ca.1,3 km zu Fuß, gute Fährverbindung nach La Gomera, andere Strände sehr gut mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Im Hochsommer ist die Wohnung etwas warm, aber es gibt einen Ventilator, keine Klimaanlage. Hatte etwas Probleme mit der Schlüsselbox, aber Samantha und Dave haben mir geholfen per WhatsApp Videocall. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Zalig groot terras. Goede ligging. Heel rustig. Mooie badkamer en handige wasmachine. Properheid kon beter (bedsprei al lang niet meer gewassen. Servies vuil en in de kasten ook veeel stof) vooral de bedden waren zwaar minpunt. Vielen bijna uit elkaar…

Hello, thank you for your 4 star review I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay. I can assure you all bedding is cleaned prior to guests arriving and again on their departure, there is also lots of spare bedding in the wardrobes should there be any spillages etc , im sorry you found the beds heavy . I am here in our apartment now an believe there has been lots of sand storms so maybe this is what you mean re the dust , which without wiping away each day is totally out of out control. We pride ourselves on our cleanliness an offering a great apartment stay for our guests .

Lovely apartment

Lovely apartment with great views on a nice peaceful complex with good pool facilities, this apartment is far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet but only a short walk to bars and restaurants, the owner was very helpful and responsive to any questions we asked, would definitely stay here again

Studio apartment.

Had a great stay in this apartment. Well equipped including a washing machine. Quiet complex at the top of the hill in Los Cristianos. Plenty of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk away. Heated pool with plenty of sun beds. Sunny balcony with a sea view. Would recommend a stay here.

Quartiere tranquillo

Monolocale situato in un tranquillo quartiere di Tenerife. Bello il complesso. Tante cose da migliorare all'interno. Basterebbe poco per renderlo più bello e funzionale. Non ho gradito la non presenza sul posto dei proprietari. E soprattutto l'arrivo delle chiavi della casa a mezzo posta. Arrivate il giorno prima della partenza ci hanno fatto stare in ansia fino all'ultimo momento. I proprietari sono comunque presenti pur non essendo sul posto. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con il ventilatore ed è stato risolto da loro nel giro di un paio di giorni. Qualche piccolo ritocco in casa e maggiore chiarezza al momento della prenotazione e potrebbe avere anche le cinque stelle.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you didn't like how we send our keys out, I did advise in my initial email that this is the way we do things as we find it much safer this way. This is our holiday home we live in England so cant be on site, we do have a management company there to take care of such instances like changing the batteries in the remote of the ceiling fan for you when they run out. Thank you for the 4 star review as we do pride ourselves in keeping a nice apartment, I would however suggest maybe a hotel would be more suitable for future holidays. Sam & Dave

Los Cristanos Port Royale Apt 162

Had a great holiday staying in this lovely apartment set in a quite complex.Large sunny balcony with great views of the sea and amazing sunset.Swimming pool area is spotless with plenty of sun beds.Location is up a hill but taxis nearby if needed.Supermarket,bars and restaurants close by would recommend Bella Roma just on the corner of the complex great food and service.This apartment was home from home would stay again. Great place to stay we loved it!

Myself my partner and my three year old daughter have just come back from a two week stay in " the beach house" 3/10/17-17/10/17. We thoroughly loved the place as it was like home from home, the apartment had everything you could ask for and more! It was very clean and is very spacious, plenty of room for us three, as well as great wardrobe space. Also we loved the huge balcony where we spent a lot of time eating outside, soaking up the late afternoon sun and taking in the beautiful view, It was also safe for my daughter. The swimming pool was great too myself and my daughter spent a lot of time in there, it was very clean, well maintained and not too busy. With in walking distance there were a couple of good supermarkets as well as a number of great restaurants. The beach is about 15 minute walk, a little longer for golden Sands. We also met some residents who live on port royal who made us feel really at home too, we met some very friendly people. Sam was easy to contact if needed and replied promptly. I actually left my driving licence in the apartment and had it back to myself in the U.K within a week!! We would definitely stay here again well recommended.

lovely clean apartment with great views from the balcony

The photos do not do this apartment justice. It's a lovely little place plenty of room for me and my partner and we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the balcony. Very spacious and lovely views. The apartment was very clean and we'll equipped. Couldn't ask for better value for money. There is also plenty of shops and restaurants near by which is great if you don't feel like conquering the hill to get back from town. Would highly recommend this apartment.

perfect!!

Just back from our weeks stay here, perfect for what we needed! Owners were very helpful and even let us have a later check out with no extra charge. Thanks again samantha and dave :) Apartment was spotless, had everything we needed. Complex was spotless too and lovely and quiet. Extra bonus was the balcony ..... it was huge and a suntrap later on in the afternoon. Location was perfect too , only a 2 minute walk to the supermarket then only a 5 minute walk to the bars and only a 10-15 minute walk down to the beachfront area. Me and my partner loved our stay and would definatly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Los Cristianos in the future. Many thanks again to the owners for allowing us to use their lovely apartment :)

Great place in calm district

"Beach house" as written the wall plate there, it is a great place. We liked how it is decorated, has a lot of place to store anything, kitchenette has a lot of stuff and we always had everything we need to cook or serve. We like a lot very huge balcony, TV was nice to have for relax, bath in good condition. There was also nice without air condition system so we just used fresh air. The main thing also is a very calm district there and the whole complex at all, it was very quite to sleep with open balcony and door even. Shops are nearby there, it was not difficult to find drinks and food. Service is great there, everything was clean.

Nice apartment in quiet complex

Nice apartment, ideal for one person (or a couple) looking for a quiet holiday. Very comfortable. Everything I needed was in the apartment and the satellite TV was a bonus. The complex was quiet, nice pool with plenty of sun loungers. 10-15 minute walk to the sea at Los Cristianos, and lots of bars and restaurants en route. Supermarket 2 minutes away, and another bigger one in the new centre 5 minutes walk away. The complex opposite (Hollywood Heights) has a gym 5 euros per day or 15 euros per week with sauna and jacuzzi.

Fabulous! Highly Recommended! :-)

Young couple staying for ten days in August 2015. I cannot stress enough how beautiful this apartment is and how much the pictures don’t do it justice. You can tell that the owners have put a lot of thought and money into the decoration. It is spacious and is set out so that despite being a studio, the kitchen, sleeping and lounge area almost seem separate. There is plenty of storage space and lots of coat hangers. The balcony is large and gets the sun nearly all day as well as a partial view of the sea. It has two loungers, a table and chairs and a rack to dry your towels etc. The bathroom has everything you need: a large mirror as well as hot water (controlled by flicking the boiler switch) and space to store all of your toiletries. The kitchen contains a fridge with a small freezer section, an oven and hob, a kettle and plenty of utensils. It was very helpful that tucked away in one of the wardrobes was few cool bags and rucksacks to take by the pool so your drinks stay cool. I was delighted to find a selection of books in the drawers under the television that were really varied so there’s no need to buy any to take with you. I felt really safe in the apartment due to a gate that locks over the apartment door, plus a third bolt lock that can be locked from inside. The pool area is fab and as the apartments are mainly residential, there’s no rush for sun loungers. There is a vending machine and a cheap water machine by the pool but remember to fill up during the day as it gets locked up around 8pm. The apartments are located up a few hills but taxis are cheap and it wasn’t a problem at all. If you have any problems during your stay, Sam the owner is quick to reply with an answer, and is very helpful when planning your trip. I would definitely recommend this apartment to family and friends. It felt like our own place during our stay and we had such a fantastic time.
