A lovely, tastefully decorated and furnished property, with private pool, located in a quiet residential area, just a 10 to 15 minute walk from Los Coloradas and all its amenities and beach. The beautiful Papagayo Beaches are also just a short drive away.

INTERIOR
Living Room:
A cozy living area is open plan with the kitchen. It has a wall mounted, flatscreen TV, with Netflix, Video on demand, and an IPTV satellite system providing over 100 channels, including all British, Irish and Scottish channels. There is a large, comfortable L shaped sofa to relax and enjoy your entertainment. Complimentary WIFI is provided for your convenience. A patio door leads out to the al fresco dining and chill out area, together with sun and pool terrace. An internal staircase leads up to two bedrooms and the family bathroom.
Kitchen:
Modern, open plan kitchen with fitted units, electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. A table with 4 chairs enables inside eating for the cooler days or evenings. A door leads outside to the washing machine and drying area.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Bedroom 1
Ground Floor – Double bedroom (150cm x 200cm) with overhead lighting and fan, which is remote control operated. Fitted wardrobes. There is a wall mounted flat screen TV with aerial that provides Spanish channels.
Ground Floor Shower Room with WC, hand wash basin, with vanity mirror and large walk in shower with rainfall shower head and wall fixture.
Bedroom 2
First Floor – Double bedroom (150cm x 200cm) with overhead lighting and fan, which is remote control operated. Fitted wardrobes and bedside tables with lamps.
Bedroom 3
Twin bedroom with overhead lighting and fan, which is remote control operated. Draw cabinet and lamp.
Family Bathroom
Separate bathroom with shower over and shower screen. WC and a single hand basin unit with vanity mirror and hairdryer.

EXTERIOR
Pool and Sun Terrace:
The living room door leads to the shaded al fresco dining area, with seating for 6 and a chill out sofa for 3. The sun terrace provides 5 sun beds and a 4.2m x 3m in size and depth approx 1.6m), electrically heated (November to April inclusive) private pool, with stepped entry. There is a built in Canarian BBQ perfect for the nominated chef in the party.

Roof Terrace:
Accessed via a door from the upstairs corridor, the roof terrace has a couple of chairs and small round table to enable you to enjoy the views of the surrounding area.

Just a 10 to 15 minute stroll away is the Los Colorados shopping centre, El Pueblo, together with a selection of bars and restaurants. The Marina Rubicon is then just another 10 to 15 minute walk away. The Marina Rubicón is the exclusive Marina in Playa Blanca with a fabulous selection of privately owned boats located in a sheltered bay. The Marina, which boasts a shopping centre and an impressive range of boutiques, bars and restaurants, is in a beautiful, privileged setting with views to the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains. This is the place to be pampered, enjoying a drink at one of the Al fresco bars whilst watching the lovely yachts, sailing boats and waterside leisure activities.
From the Marina, the town centre of Playa Blanca is just a 15 to 20 minute stroll away and there are reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi services allowing you to explore all areas easily.

Parking and Accessibility:
There is off street parking for one car. There is one bedroom and a cloakroom on the same level as the pool terrace.

Cleaning Service:
Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. Additional cleaning/change of linen & towels provided weekly or mid stay for stays of 10 to 13 nights. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels provided. Pool/beach towels are provided for your convenience.

Prices and Occupancy:
Prices are based on up to 4 people sharing. Guests over 4 are charged at a supplement. First child under the age of 2 years at the time of travel stays free.
Cots and High Chairs available upon request at an additional cost of 20€ per week, per item  A refundable Damage Bond of 400€ is payable for this villa or Accidental  Damage Waiver (ADW) must be taken.
Minimum stay of 7 nights may be applicable. Enquire for a price if less than 7 nights is required.
