This apartment has all the necessary comfort and calm after an intense day of visits, shopping or work.

Located on the top floor, it is very quiet because it faces a dead end. The terass faces east and provides sun in the morning and a refreshing shadow in the afternoon.

Very well equipped, it has a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom is independent.

The cleaning is done by professionals before your stay. We provide sheets and towels as well as the main reception products (shower gel, shampoo, soap).

You will be a few seconds walk from the Promenade des Anglais, beaches, and the pedestrian street with its many shops and restaurants.

The Place Masséna is situated in less than 5 minutes of walk, as well as the famous avenue Jean Médecin with shops and the Old city.
