Great apartment right on the beach and only a few minutes from restaurants and bars. Plenty of space with both bedrooms on opposite sides of the apartment and with their own bathrooms. Looking forward to staying again!

Our overall experience at this particular VRBO was UNSURPASSED in every way possible starting with our wonderful hosts and their terrific staff. They were helpful in every way possible and were in regular communication to be sure everything was OK. Things they assisted us with include transportation, tours and site suggestions, and general info regarding the apartment itself, the city of Barcelona, and the particular area where the apartment is located. Barceloneta is a fun, festive, and exciting location, yet it has a real neighborhood vibe... We loved it! We were able to walk nearly everywhere we wanted to go. If there was a restaurant, tourist attraction, or meeting point that was further away, it was so easy to get a cab within minutes. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean had everything you could possibly need. The little time we spent inside was highlighted by the 3 balconies. From our perch above we watched vibrant street life, as well as the beautiful beach and the magnificent Mediterranean Sea. When we return to Barcelona, there is no other option for us than this one!

Disappointing

The Apartment was very clean but very small and very much too expensive for what is it was , a hotel stay would have been better value . The position was good with access to the beach which was just over the road but the area has vagrants hanging around and sleeping rough, rubbish bins everywhere, the entry was off putting, a metal door with graffiti . We understand from the owner's that they have no control over this but all the same not ideal and that it was peak price for Americas cup viewing . The beds and pillows very comfortable .

Thanks for the honest feedback Gwyneth. We take a lot of pride in our apartment and making sure it's at the best level possible, with the best amenities as well. We understand that you found the price a bit high, however as mentioned , it was peak America's Cup so that are the rates for that period. We do appreciate you found the beds and pillows comfy and the apartment itself well stocked.

Nice apartment but noisy beach area

Place we booked was actually not even available when we arrived. Was being painted. Horrible communication with the agency and stressful to get the problem resolved. We wasted a lot of our own time working around their error. Apartment was nice but it is in a noisy area. People talking and yelling outside our window day and night every day.
