Welcome to "Boutique Boho Villa Evolvista"!
Here you will find a hidden gem behind volcanic walls for privacy & relaxation on your vacation.
A big outdoor pergola for "al fresco" dining with a private pool literally on your doorstep.
The owner has designed this property throughout with great attention to detail. A beautiful oak double front door opens into the Villa's huge open-plan living area & dining room with an indoor garden.
The living/seating space is perfect for relaxing with its quirky, but thoughtful seating area ampul for kicking back & enjoying the projector cinema/style viewing on the white wall in the evening. Choose your own apps from home-to-home ie:Netflix or Amazon Prime. Just plug in & go!
An honesty bar is available on request with local cheeses to pair with it.
Of course, a great welcome pack awaits you to get you started on your well-earned break!
There is also a bar-style seating area also leading to a large dining area. All your needs are here for the most enjoyable stay.
A large kitchen is open plan from the dining room & has a great supply of all indoor & special outdoor crockery.
The kitchen is well equipped with a new fan oven, microwave & electric hob. A new dishwasher so no need to wash up.A double fridge/freezer & plenty of storage space.
All lighting in the Villa is ambient.
The master bedroom of the living area is beautifully decorated to enhance a great night's sleep. A very comfortable new double mattress with lovely bedding & muslin canopy overhead. It has a large smart TV. The bathroom is ensuite & boasts a unique silver shell-style sink with a Moroccan-style bath with a new overhead shower. All towels are provided indoors & by the pool. Beach towels are kept separately in the laundry room. The master bedroom has double doors which open into the living area.
The second bedroom is situated on the opposite side of the house so to give each guest privacy. This room is a very big room with 2 single beds that can be put together as a double style. This room has a colonial feel & has its own sofa area with TV & video player. The patio doors open onto the pool area. There are lovely blackout curtains fitted as it can get hot.A fan is provided...
There is a laundry room which is not in the photos but has a wardrobe for your clothes & suitcase storage. It has a new washing machine & upright steam iron plus all you need for the beach. Umbrellas, beach towels etc. A drying rail is provided as access to the rear of the property is private. All cleaning products and soaps etc are provided.
Parking is outside the property & it is highly recommended to hire a car if staying 5 days or more. There are beautiful beaches 10 minutes walk away, but the best way to see this beautiful Island's hidden gems is by car. There are electric scooters that are available to hire for local trips if you are confident enough or walking is easy into the small town & beautiful seafront. There are many great authentic restaurants & lovely cocktail bars to enjoy the sea views reaching Fuerteventura. The Port is nearby also for Ferries taking tourists to local nearby beaches & other activities.
The host lives next door. Guests are not overlooked as there is a long drive with a large wall for extra privacy.
The host is very amenable & will be available to welcome guests & hand over the keys on check-in. A great way to kick start your holiday is that we take your ID requirements via email or Whatspp as required by Spanish law before arrival.
THE PROPERTY DOES NOT ALLOW GUESTS TO BRING VISITORS ONTO THE PROPERTY. The pool only accommodates a maximum of 4 people.We have a neighborhood respect for noise levels during your stay. This property is suited to guests who enjoy relaxing and comfort. We respect our community as they do in their holiday let's nearby.

-PLEASE ENSURE ALL LIGHTS AND AIR CONDITIONING ARE SWITCHED OFF & WINDOWS AND DOORS ARE LOCKED CORRECTLY WHEN ABSENT FROM PROPERTY.
