Casa Paraiso is a large villa suitable for 2 families and located in the heart of Golf Del Sur, just 10 minutes drive from the airport.

This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa sleeps 9 but also has a sofa bed in the annexe lounge. It is totally wheelchair accessible with easy access and no steps. There are two entrances to the villa; one through a gate with parking for a least 6 cars and another via a pedestrian gate. Once through the main gates there is a separate entrance taking you through to the heart of the villa. Having these two gates makes the villa pool area TOTALLY SECLUDED and not overlooked. The pool has a large waterfall flowing into it, a kitchen/bar with bbq,fridges,freezer,sink,flat screen tv, and music system. There is a large table for Al fresco dining, a sofa and chairs, also 9 sunbeds for relaxing in the sun.

There is an outdoor area complete with a pool table, multi gym etc

On entering the villa you find yourself in a large hall with doors leading to three of the bedrooms, bathrooms and lounge area. The property has a master bedroom suite comprising of a queen size bed, walk-in wardrobe, shower room, living area with sofa bed, kitchen and patio doors leading to the pool. This area of the villa could be used as a separate annexe.

Bedroom 2 has 3 single beds with the option to make a large king if required. There is a large en-suite bathroom with shower and separate bath.

Bedroom 3 has a king size bed with an en-suite shower room.

Bedroom 4 is at the rear of the villa and separate from the other bedrooms. It has two single beds with the option to make them into a king. There is an en-suite wet room.

The living area has a L shaped sofa, standard sofa and armchair for curling up if you decide to have a night in watching the large flat screen tv whilst serving yourself a drink from the indoor bar.

There are several televisions in the villa controlled by an IPTV box with full sports, UK channels and movies. You have 7 day catch up available with the option to change languages. Netflix (own account) is available on both lounge televisions.

The main kitchen has a central island, ceramic hob, 2 ovens, large in built fridge,microwave, dishwasher and is well equipped for a villa of this size. The kitchen sink has a built in tap with filtered cold water (no need to buy bottled water) .There is a table and chairs then sliding doors which give access the rear patio with views of Mount Teide. Theres also a separate utility room with a large freezer, sink and washing machine.

The spacious dining room with large dining table and chairs is situated next door to the kitchen.

There’s a welcome pack on arrival. Cot and high chair available at no extra cost.
It has fibre optic wi-fi and air-conditioning.

Situated in a peaceful and popular area of Golf Del Sur where all the amenities are only a 7 minute walk away. In the resort centre known as San Blas you will find 3 squares each with their own selection of good quality bars and restaurants; some with evening entertainment as well as bars showing all the popular sports and for those who like playing bingo or quizzing. A few bars host games and quiz nights. There are shops, cashpoints, doctors, chemists and a medical centre. A lovely sea front walk takes you to the new marina. The name Golf Del Sur hails from the 2 leading golf courses - one a championship course opposite the villa and within easy walking distance. Golf clubs are available for rent on request. Golf Del Sur has a regular bus service - the bus stop being a 2 minute walk away.

Please note bookings are a minimum of 5 nights apart from Christmas and New year period which is 2 weeks.
