This villa is located in a quiet residential area.

There is parking for one car on the driveway and one off road parking.

This is a lovely recently renovated semi detached Villa in typical Menorquin style. The Villa has a modern beach theme throughout.

There are two ample sized bedrooms with newly installed air conditioning. The first bedroom is a double, leading to an en-suite shower room with toilet and washing machine. The second bedroom has two singles.

There is a second shower room and toilet adjacent to the twin room.

The lounge is light and airy, with a leather sofa bed and arm chairs Free Wifi is provided. There is a hifi with 3.5mm audio jack, USB and bluetooth connection. There is now also a smart TV with a Netflix account, or you can use it for streaming from your own device. Please note there are no terrestrial channels.

The kitchen has all utensils and appliances needed, also child friendly crockery cups and cutlery are stored here.

Outside dining is provided under the shelter of a covered veranda, accessed through the large patio doors of the lounge, where there is a two seater sofa too. A great view of the pool can be taken from the veranda, good for keeping an eye on the kids, if applicable.

The Villa shares a large pool with the adjoining Villa. The pool (13m x 6m and 2m at its deepest) has a unique curved shape with several different levels to relax and cool off. There is a dedicated outside shower for the Villa. We have aimed to maximise privacy between the Villas, each Villa has its own private outside spaces.

The Villa has an exclusive barbeque area at the rear, with picnic bench seating (with parasol) and a large charcoal fired barbeque. The Villa benefits from its own large sunbathing terrace at the far end of the pool with four sun loungers and a large parasol. The terrace is not overlooked by the neighbouring plots.

Please note we supply linen and towels AND in addition beach towels (to keep your luggage weight down) for free!

If you need it,the Villa has a cot, high chair, and baby bath as well as kids crockery cutlery etc in the kitchen. there are lots of toys and games for all in the lounge cupboards.

Shops and restaurants located in Cala Torret

Binibeca's white sand beach is close by. It has a lovely beach bar, right on the rocks, where you can buy snacks and drinks. Another great place to eat is Bar Paupa on the water front. An excellent new water park has just been completed 10 minutes down the road (by car) in Punta Prima.

We recommend a car, but it is not essential, a good alternative is the the touristic road train that runs from Binibeca Vell to Punta Prima. There are a larger selection of shops and supermarkets 15 minutes away in St. Lluis and the capital of Mahon, boasting the Europe's second deepest natural harbour (and great shopping!), is 20 minutes away.

Really lovely apartment, not massive but just right for a small family of 4, nice size pool which is shared with the attached apartment next door. Host very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed the peaceful location with walkable restaurants and supermarket all about 5 minutes walk down some steps. 10 min walk to an absolutely beautiful beach with crystal clear shallow water, perfect for kids. There is a land train that stops just down the road that goes to punta prima and benibecca.

Wonderful holiday

Fantastic property inside and the large outside space with dining set, loungers and BBQ. We enjoyed the pool and it wasn’t an issue sharing with the adjacent property. There is a supermarket, a small selection of restaurants and a lovely snorkelling cove within a 5-10 minutes walk. We holidayed as a family with two teenagers who loved the relaxed vibe of the area. Matthew was happy for us to stay in the villa after our checkout time, as we had a later flight which was greatly appreciated! The bedrooms had A/C but I probably misread the property’s description and I hadn’t realised the living area had a large ceiling fan but no A/C. We would love to stay in the property again, it was spacious, private and in a lovely location!!!

Lovely stay

Lovely stay, villa has everything you need, is clean and well maintained. The host is amazing with communication and thoughtful to allow us to have a later checkout on the last day due to our late flight. Area was perfect, many restaurants within walking distance, although a hilly walk back up but not a problem for us. Beautiful beach also within walking distance and lots to see and do in surrounding areas. Thankyou for having us.

Beautiful Villa and lovely area…..

The place was lovely and decorated for the proximity to the water. Pool is great!!! A bit too cool for a dip in March. Matthew was very responsive to our needs. We did get a car, as it was necessary to tour other places like Mahón and Ciutadella!!! Both beautiful places. Highly recommend!!!!

Perfect family stay

Thank you to Adam and his family for talking me into staying is his lovely Vila for two weeks and not the one we origanly intended! From start to finish this holiday was perfect;the accommodation,pool and surrounding area were all exceptionally lovely. The beach and great local bars/ bakery/ restaurants were all a short walk away with a real Menorca feel which we loved. we hired a car from Victoria cars and this was a great service-totally hassle free and helped us to explore more of this lovely part of the island. The accommodation and pool were really well maintained and looked after and we will certainly be coming back again, thanks again

La villa parfaite pour des vacances reposantes

We had a very pleasant stay in this rental. Check-in was very simple and convenient, as was the cleanliness of the place on our arrival, which was impeccable! The beach is a 10-minute walk away and shops are very close to the accommodation, which is very much appreciated. The pool was always very clean and the terrace very pleasant. The location of the house is perfect, in a very quiet street and with always enough space to park your car :) I'm very happy to have spent my vacations in this lovely house and I'll return with great pleasure! Lovely villa for the family

We have just returned from a week staying at this lovely villa in Binibeca. The villa itself was beautiful and clean and offered enough space for our week. The pool was a great size and we had lots of use out of it. It was no problem sharing with the next door neighbours. We have 3 children; 9,3 and 16 months and for this reason we found that we definitely needed to hire a car as there was not a great deal within easy ‘child-friendly’ walking distance but this was not an issue once we had the car. The area itself is really lovely and we would love to come back another time to explore further.

Fabulous villa and holiday

Communication with Adam and Sigrin was great. The villa is a home from home with everything that you need. I liked the walk in shower and the fact the villa had a washing machine, which was very handy. The villa has a shared pool which is a very good size and we made good use of it throughout the week. We ate out a few times and especially Salitre, 5 minutes from the villa. The catch of the day was cooked to perfection and the waiting staff are so friendly. I would definitely recommend this villa and the area, it is beautiful with beaches and coves to explore. Our holiday was relaxing, enjoyable and I’m sad to go home to rainy Scotland, definitely be back.

Perfect stay

I have just returned from a fantastic one week stay in this property and would definitely return again. The location was great, only a 5-10 minute walk to the nearest restaurants and the most perfect beach. Luckily, our favourite restaurant and bar, SA Cova, was the closest of all and we visited numerous times. The villa itself was very clean and well equipped and big enough for our family of four. The pool is a good size and well maintained and the outside area is nicely equipped with sun loungers and outdoor furniture. I would recommend staying in Binibeca as it's nice and chilled but with plenty to do and it's worth hopping on the road train (25 mins) or taxi (10 mins) to Punta Prima. The city of Mahon is great and only 20 mins on the bus. The villa host, Matthew, was very accommodating and easily contactable.

Binibeca Villa

Villa is well kept and in a quiet residential area. We did have a problem regarding the beds as it was stated that the twin beds in the second bedroom could be made as a double. Unfortunately, for us, this is not actually possible as they are wooden single beds which mean they have a wooden side. I do feel that this should be removed from the description as one of us had to use the sofa bed in the living room. The shared pool could be a problem if you don’t have good neighbours. Luckily while we were there the couple next door were not intrusive but there is a lack of privacy.Overall we had a pleasant stay but for the reasons mentioned would not book again.

Lovely villa with good-sized pool

Just returned from a 2-week stay here and would highly recommend this villa. It is tastefully decorated with a beach / seaside theme. Comfortable sofa and chairs, modern bathrooms and air con in the bedrooms. There’s plenty outdoor space too and the pool was great - safe but deep enough to dive into, which my daughter appreciated. Although it is semi-detached villa with a shared pool, there is plenty privacy and the pool is bigger than the average private pool as a result. We had towels changed and a mid-stay clean after the first week which was a nice surprise. As for the resort, it’s an easy 5-minute stroll to a lovely beach with beach bar. There is also a great bakery with a cafe as well as a supermarket. The resort is lovely, fairly quiet but with everything you need. Car hire is not essential but recommended to see more of this beautiful island. Excellent communication from the owners Adam and Sigrin - Thank you!

Perfect villa in a beautiful quiet location

Everything about this Villa was superb from the ease of booking and excellent communication with Adam to the property's prettiness and facilities. Even better than the photos. Easy to find and very close to the beautiful beach and selection of several restaurants. We got a taxi from the airport for €22 and just a 20 min drive. Used the taxi service company recommended on the side of the fridge for return to airport - also €22 and excellent. Binibeca Nou is the quieter side but has the beach, whist Binibeca Vell is a bit busier with more shops etc and very picturesque with the famous white washed frontage. Only a 20 minute walk between the two locations but the villa is nearer the beach (5 mins or so walk) so was better for us. Everything in the villa was spotlessly clean with a lovely beach decor with homely touches. Bread, milk, jam, coffee, tea and butter all in the welcome pack. Pool was beautiful with comfortable sun loungers and parasols. Handy to know that there are beach umbrellas for you to borrow and beach mats so no need to take or buy your own. Very comfortable seating area where we spent many hours relaxing and eating and drinking ! Very well equipped kitchen especially if you like coffee! A range of coffee makers including an nespresso machine complete with pods! The little supermarket is very well equipped and compared to other places we have stayed, very reasonably priced. We loved the bakery with the seating area and enjoyed lovely coffee and croissants several mornings sitting under the parasols. We ate evening meals at Saltaire twice - lovely tapas. We had one meal at Baracouda - a delightful little fish and meat restaurant. This was a bit more expensive but a special treat - the veal steak was amazing €23 - like a massive fillet! We ate twice at Delaney's, which is found along the walk to Binibeca vell. Great home cooked food and very friendly service. Lots of brits at this place -,the curry pizza was delicious!! Much more reasonably priced but not particularlMediterranean! We also ate at Bambu - beautiful Asian restaurant- bit posh for us but special treat. Views over the sea and massive lounging sofas to relax with a nice glass of wine. We hired a car for two days at €60 from the car rental in Binibeca Vell. Very helpful and easily done. Would highly recommend this villa and Adams response to emails/messages through Homeaway is excellent. This takes out a lot of the potential worries booking independently.

Schöne Villa mit großem Pool

Wir (2 Personen) hatten in der Villa Cabana de la Playa in Binibeca 2 Wochen verbracht und eine sehr schöne und erholsame Zeit. Der Pool ist sehr groß und wurde 2x pro Woche, die Villa selbst nach einer Woche gereinigt sowie Handtücher und Bettwäsche gewechselt. Wir haben im Urlaub nicht gekocht aber die Küche ist unserer Ansicht nach sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage in Binibequer Nou ist hervorragend für Ruhesuchende und dennoch waren fussläufig in wenigen Minuten ein Supermarkt und mehrere empfehlenswerte Restaurants erreichbar. Wir können die Villa guten Gewissens empfehlen!

Great place to stay

The villa is great place to stay. It's very well located. Restaurants, supermarket etc. all within walking distance. The pool is great and also suitable for smaller children (ours are 4 and 7). Only remark is that a bathroom and the bedroom are not separated from each other by a door. There the drains can sometimes smell.

Etwas abgeschiedene Lage, guter Pool und Grillplatz. Sehr gute Küche mit neuen Geräten. Angenehmer Wohnbereich ohne TV. Der Esstisch muss zwischen Terrasse und Wohnzimmer, je nach Wetter, immer transportiert werden. Das 1.Schlafzimmer ist nur durch einen Vorhang vom Bad/WC und mit einem 1,40m breiten Bett mit einem Laken und einer Bettdecke getrennt. Im sehr kleinen 2. Schlafzimmer stehen zwei Einzelliegen, der Schrank ist z.T. durch Feuerlöscher, Bügelbrett, Zustellbett u.ä. belegt. Zum kleinen Sandstrand sind ca.10'. Wenn der kleine Supermarkt geöffnet hat , braucht man 8', gibts wirklich nur das Nötigste.

Sehr schöne und gut eingerichtete Villa mit Pool.

Die Villa ist sehr schön eingerichtet, mit allem was braucht um seinen Urlaub zu genießen. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Der Pool ist groß und hat verschiedene Ebenen zum relaxen und schwimmen. Ein Supermarkt und mehrere gute Restaurants sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Ein besonderes Dankeschön gilt Adam und Sigrun, die immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit waren. Wir würden die Villa weiterempfehlen.

Sehr gepflegte und moderne Unterkunft in Strandnäh

Wir verbrachten hier eine Woche in der Vorsaison und haben die Ruhe und das Ambiente sehr genossen. Auf Anfrage war der Vermieter sofort ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist modern eingerichtet und bietet alle Möglichkeiten für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt. Die Nähe zur Inselhauptstadt empfanden wir als sehr angenehm. Insgesamt hat es hier sehr gut gefallen.
