We've already stayed in villa Iru several times over the past years and always enjoyed it to the fullest. The house as well as the property is very well kept, modern and offers more than enough space. The location in a quieter side road is also perfect for spending relaxing days at the pool and in the extensive garden. Binibequer Vell offers everything in a walking distance like shops, restaurants and a really nice beach. On top of that Francisco is a great host, so we're already looking forward to our next stay.

Perfect villa holiday

We had a wonderful stay in this villa, it was modern, clean, spacious. The outdoor area was perfect, lovely pool and well maintained garden area. Host was very accommodating with the booking and check in process. Close to local restaurants and supermarkets Highly recommended a stay here.

Relaxing family week away

We really loved the property. It lived very nicely and although small, it worked really well. The outdoor area and in particular the pool were a highlight. The only down side was that the living area was a bit warm and would benefit from air conditioning. It would also be helpful if there were an information booklet on the house and local area.

WOW! What a beautiful villa!

We absolutely loved our weeks holiday here during the Easter break. The serene villa makes you feel instantly relaxed and the pool and garden area is beautiful. The teenagers enjoyed the pool (as did the adults!) along with football and volleyball in the garden and the location is perfect for having a wander down in to the village or for jumping in the car to explore. The villa was really well catered for and was super clean. We would love to return some time and would 100% recommend the villa. Thanks so much for providing such a wonderful place to stay.

Family Holiday

Good size gardens for my granddaughter to play in. House very clean and bright. Would make a couple of suggestions, bigger chopping boards and some oven gloves. Barbecue is must bigger and better than the one shown in the photos which was great.

All was great. One recommendation would be to provide a starter kit. (soap, sponge, 1 bottle of water, dish soap). Helps when arriving late.

A Dream Villa

This is a fantastic property and I would recommend it to everyone. The outside space is beautifully designed with shaded areas and sunbathing places with plenty of room for the 5 people who stayed here. Our 4 year old granddaughter spent hours in the pool, no need for the beach! Thanks to all the supporting staff who made the stay a real pleasure with a special thank you to Francisco for dealing with all my questions . If you can you should go to this villa. It's marvellous!

Fantastic Villa and Host

Such a great property in a lovely part of Binibecca. I have stayed in the same property before possibly before this owner, as the property has been modernised very well throughout and is a real pleasure to stay in. The property is very well equipped and has lovely private grounds and spotlessly clean pool. The bathrooms are a touch of luxury too and the beds were sooo comfy. The host Fransisco was extremely responsive and always on hand to offer help and support. We really didn't want to leave to go home. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to again very soon.

Beautiful villa

Besutiful villa. Spotlessly clean. Fixtures and fittings simple and elegant. Very welcome air con in the bedrooms. The best feature of all is the lovely terrace , garden and swimming pool. So spacious - lots of areas to sit in the shade or sunbathe. Shops bars and restaurants all within walking distance (tip- next 2 supermarket provides a free delivery service). The manager and owner were excellent at communicating. Would absolutely recommend a holiday here 😀 👌

Wonderful stay, perfect place to relax and great host.

We had a great 7 days in this villa with our two boys (age 7 & 6). It had everything that we needed and the pool and garden are wonderful. By day if we were not on the nearby beaches or jumping from the rocks into the sea we were enjoying the pool and playing in the garden. By night we sat peacefully on the patio. There are nearby shops and and restaurants and although not absolutely necessary once you are there, a car is useful to explore the other parts of the island and get around. Our host Francisco was excellent and was always available to help and answer any questions we had. We have no hesitation in recommending this villa and Francisco. Thank you.

Great property in quiet area. Short stroll to lovely beach, bars and 2 mini markets.

Beautiful area in Minorca. I booked in quite a rush as needed a week away. I should have researched a bit more in regards to when things open up, date wise. I think I was a week early. May onwards is when it starts I think. The house was lovely and has great internet which was very useful on rainy cold days. Would have been much better if we had had the nicer weather so we could have used the pool but you can’t control that it’s just luck of the draw. The uk was 20-25 c and we had 16 and rain for a few days 🤣 It would have been useful to have some sort of info pack in the villa or taxi number and info on restaurants. On the whole it’s a beautiful area with a stunning beach 5 mins stroll away, lovely fish restaurants and a great friendly bar up the steps behind the spa shop. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely villa. Perfect home away!

Had a wonderful week at the villa. Perfect for a family with young children. The girls loved playing in the garden and in the pool. Being unheated, the water was fresh, to say the least but that was to be expected for the time of year. It was clean and well maintained and the grounds immaculate. The villa is situated in the perfect spot. Binibequer Vel is a beautiful location. So quiet and picturesque. The villa is a short stroll from the ocean and a whole range of amenities. Good shops, beach and restaurants just a walk away. Spacious and clean too, with kitchen and utility facilities all good too. All in all, an excellent villa and we would love to return sometime. My only suggestion would be that the beds could do with updating, as we found the beds quite uncomfortable which led to us feeling achey and not as rested as hoped. All in all though, I would highly recommend this villa. Thank you. We had a great time.

Wonderful as always

Since 2021 we're spending our May holidays on Menorca and each year we've stayed at villa Riu. Obviously we love the place. The house interior is of high quality, is spotless and it stays pleasantly cool during hot days. Binibequer is a lovely village and within a short walk you can reach restaurants, small shops, etc. The house itself is located in a quiet street and offers lots of privacy. It is well catered for with regular visits by gardeners, house keepers and the pool cleaner. The pool area with the patio as well as the big garden are perfect for spending the whole day. Seeing the updates made to house furnishing and the pool area over the past years we can say that the owner Francisco is looking after the place and sees to keep it in a very good condition. What one has to know is that there is little to none basic commodities available, such as salt, pepper, oil and only a few cleaning utensils like dishwashing liquid and a few garbage bags. So it's recommended to do some baseline shopping before driving to the house. Needless to say, we're looking forward to our next stay here.

Beautiful villa in ideal location.

The villa is beautifully presented inside and out. Comfortable seating areas for everyone to relax and to eat with plenty of shade around the pool. Lovely walks into the village and also down to the beach. The only downside, which is such a pity as the villa itself is great, is the complete lack of any basic supplies in the kitchen. Cleaning cloth and sponge were provided and one dishwasher tablet but no washing up liquid or any other cleaning products. We were disappointed that there wasn’t even a bottle of water in the fridge. No oils or condiments whatsoever so if you want to enjoy the bbq and eat at the villa then everything needs to be bought or brought with you. The host was very prompt in replying to messages which was good as there is no information in villa regarding services in the area eg doctors or pharmacy. We had a really lovely holiday so it’s a shame as these issues would be very easy to solve and I’m sure would make a big difference to most guests.
