Recently-built holiday villa with swimming pool, accommodating up to 5 guests,
on the Ionian coast. The villa is in an exclusive complex of villas
with swimming pool, 1 kilometer away from the beach of Specchiarica, near Manduria.
The villa is equipped with accessories such as swimming pool with waterfall stream,  solarium with beach beds, wooden gazebo, outdoor shower, air conditioning, washing machine, internet, mosquito nets, hair-dryer and tv. Parking in the garden.

The
villa is introduced by a large outdoor equipped area around the
swimming pool. There are beach beds, the outdoor shower and gazebo with
wooden covering furnished as an outdoor dining area.
Villa Nettuno opens into a large living room with open kitchen. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. There are 1 triple bedroom with double bed and twin-sized bed and 1 double bedroom.

villa is in the complex of villas with swimming pool Il suono del mare.
It`s in the countryside, 1 kilometer away from the beaches of
Specchiarica, seaside location of Manduria, between San Pietro in
Bevagna and Salina dei Monaci.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Pool available from June to September .
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
